Very nice Hotel. Such a noticeable nice fresh smell inside. Everything was nice. Only drawback was the breakfast wasn’t included in the room fee.

Clean Very quiet surroundings

We had a king size bed with a Jacuzzi tub, and it had 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms was broken and needed to be fixed and the Jacuzzi tub started spitting out black sediment. The Jacuzzi was for my husband to be able to get help with his lower back pain, but he was unable to get relief due to jacuzzi being dirty. We told the front desk they wanted to move us to a smaller room, but we had already had all our stuff in it. They were not going to comp us for the room. But they did offer to move us to a smaller room and give us breakfast vouchers, which we already had. The pot smell was overwhelming. We just gave up asking them and dealt with the crappie situation. So much for paying extra for the jacuzzi and bigger room.

The overall experience was wonderful. The hotel staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The Hotel is beautiful and the rooms were very clean and extremely spacious. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel was not only clean with great staff it has the most wonderful smell right when the doors open. What a great stay!

The room was cozy

Water stopped working in my room, and there were small roaches 3-5 of them. Room 423 of Hilton sugar land

We highly recommend the hotel as it was clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. We stayed with our pets, the hotel is well prepared with pet designated areas.

The room I booked wasn’t available at check in. I was told I would be charged what I booked for a different room and was charged $30 more. The beds were so uncomfortable. The sheets and blankets were so itchy we ended up checking in the middle of the night because the rooms were so hot. They had portable AC units on every floor. The staff we did talk to were polite
