วิวสวย ที่นอนหลับสบายมาก อยู่ตรงกลางระหว่างหาดเฉวงกับหาดละไม บรรยากาศเงียบสงบดี แต่ TV มีช่องให้เลือกน้อยมาก

ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องผ้าที่ใช้ภายในห้องพัก เช่น ผ้าเช็ดตัวที่ดูเก่ามาก ผ้าม่านที่ดูเก่าและหลุด ผ้าที่ผูกอยู่บนเพดานตรงเตียงนอน ดูไม่ดี คือผ้าปูเตียงเก่า และมีคราบเลือดติดอยู่ นอนดูขึ้นไปมองเห็นแล้วไม่สบายตาเลย อย่างอื่นดีหมดค่ะ มีโอกาสจะไปพักอีก เพราะอยากได้ห้อง 103 กับ 104 ด้านหน้า

สะดวกสบาย อาหารเช้ามีเมนูน้อยเกินไป ไม่เหมาะสมกับราคา

Overall the stay in The Kala Samui is great. The location is actually in the middle between Lamai and Chaweng. The distance from the hotel to Chaweng is about 15 minutes motorbike ride. Everyone in the hotel is friendly except for the staff at hotel reception. During the last day of my stay about to check out, suddenly the staff told me that two umbrellas in the hotel room were missing. I was shocked as I didn't use any umbrellas. Furthermore, when I first reached the hotel room, the staff will tell you everything in the hotel room including that I can bring a tote bag out during my stay but he didn't mention any umbrellas. So, the staff charged me 2950baht for two umbrellas. I argued with the staff because there aren't any umbrellas in the room. In the end, the staff didn't charge me. After all, everything in the hotel is still good.

Not all the view is sea view. The breakfast not buffet, the hotel 4 stars right. No small shower.
