Not comfortable and in disrepair

Refrigerator was missing from the room, the TV was completely unusable and only showed vertical lines, thermostat could not be adjusted in the room.

The bedding was stained, there was a candy wrapper on the bathroom vanity and the AC didn't work at all. Finally at midnight I went down and asked for a room with working AC, was told there was only a king bed room (we had four adults with us), after insisting for 10 minutes that I needed to be moved, he finally had another room magically available. Hotel is gross, and run down, and the customer service leaves much to be desired.

ok property in a somewhat secluded location. Booked last minute so this was the only option available but still pricey ($250). Small room, felt like old bed and sheets. Breakfast was good (with pancakes/bagels/bread, potatoes, bacon and eggs) with good customer service

The hotel had spotless rooms, and the service was amazing. We left four pairs of shoes at the hotel. We contacted them, and they were able to locate our missing shoes and ship them to our home.

Room 229 the mini fridge had a pungent smell like rotting/ dead something. It was disgusting but we were too tired to switch rooms or ask for it to be cleaned - we just didn’t put anything in there and used the used bucket. Room 260 has no towels whatsoever and when we did get towels from the front desk we put them in the bathroom shelf and it fell out of the wall almost fell on my daughter. The whole room had a musty - not clean smell

Checked in to learn the bathroom lighting fixtures do not work and will not repaired during my stay :(

Outdoor pool was great, but the carpet wasn’t clean and in the area under the fridge, the carpet was wet. I would have preferred adult-sized pillows as opposed to the throw pillows that were on the bed.

Nice property, solid check in staff, ample parking. Room 127 needs a face lift.

Disappointed at how rundown and out dated this location has become. Thankfully it was just a place to sleep and shower. Washer isn’t functional so don’t expect to do that while there.

The bathroom towels were used and the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned or at least not very well

Staff was amazing. Building is old and needs upgrades. Smelled of old stale smoke

Staff Indian guy wasn’t profesional . I am a member of BW and he refused add my stay to BW He was rude and ignorant. I am not revomeding stay in this hotel

The property is ok but a lot of weed smoking and out bathroom door would close properly. Parking was ok but air of holes in the drive area

I really liked the open spaces inside the hotel itself. There were areas that were open to the sky within the hotel. The pool was also nice for me and my kids to come back from Darien Lake and swim until 9pm before going to sleep. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and very nice and the breakfast was good each morning.

Room was nice and the beds were comfy/clean. The bathroom could use some upgrading. There were water marks and shelving looks about falling down

The AC was broke in my room could not get a refund or a fan was told I can get 20% off will not be coming back
