位置方便，往aix車站&大街，均只須步行10分鐘左右；設施齊全，有泳池&健身房，員工服務佳，房間舒適&窗戶隔音佳，早餐味道出色，令人難忘。

Hotel staffs are very helpful and nice， except one in reception. Room was clean and nice， brekfast are acceptable especially the coffee.

The breakfast was fantastic and staff attentive. Great location winning walking distance to a multitude of shops and restaurants.The carpet floors in the rooms are worn,stained and filthy .Management stated they are renewing all carpet floors in rooms so hopefully that is the cases for you.

Sadly we only had one evening and a few hours to really enjoy this amazing property . Everything about it was truly unique. The star however is the owner and host,Pascal. Our car had a falty battery and he sacrificed 4 hours of his busy day tindi battle for me with Budget Road services. Way beyond the call of duty. You will be so happy you booked a stay here.

Les chambres doivent être rénovées, aussi l’entretien de l’établissement pendant le déjeuner est inacceptable, la qualité des serviettes, grandeur des chambres et non fonctionnel!!! Sommes très déçus….

Udemærket hotel Smart TV virkede ikke i 1 1/2 døgn. Tjeneren glemte flere af vores bestillinger. Ellers et fint hotel med pool og dejlig stort værelse.

Petit dej parfait personnel adorable. Grande chambre et salle de bains très pratique. Deux bémols… ps de wifi en début de séjour et une déco un peu année 80 … mais rien de grave ! L’emplacement est top !

There was little room for suitcases. We used a bench under the desk area and the other was put on the floor. The closet was too small for suitcases. I had to pick up a dead bee under the window. The reading light on one side of the bed didn't work. The carpet was stained. Yes, we let them know. We stayed 3 nights and for $900 the room was cramped and uninspired. I got a text saying if we pre-check in we could get our key at noon upon arrival. When trying to take advantage of this the site didn't work. We ended up waiting almost 4 hours for our room. Others waiting for their room were sought out to let them know their room was ready. We asked for the same since we were also in the lobby but know one notified us. We had to go up every hour or so and check. Someone used our room number to pay for their breakfast. Checking out in the middle of the night to catch our flight we had to sort of that out, too. We were not offered the little treat (something Aix is known for) but were offered it when we left after seeing them behind the front desk. The nighttime receptionist said he was surprised we weren't offered them when we arrived. It's the little things. We've been to Europe many times and usually just go with the flow but this hotel was just off in so many ways. Small rooms are common in Europe but this was pretty cramped for 2 people. The shower was nice. The beds pretty comfortable.

Nice property, very close to Aix centre, yet away from its business. Lovely swimming pool area. Hotel a bit dated but nothing that detracts from the stay. Rooms with balconies looked particularly appealing, but they were not available for our dates of stay. Aix is beautiful!

I loved my stay at this very well-located and pleasant hotel! The staff were a standout for being so lovely, and the internal public spaces and my room were great. I do wish the pool area was as stylish as the photos implied,
