Not much of a welcome, noone introduced themselves, no information was volunteered in terms of what we might like to know for our stay. Room was clean, very comfortable bed. Breakfast very nice.

We only stayed for one night at Orles Barn but we enjoyed every minute. We couldn't ask for better hosts and our room was spotless ! We enjoyed a first class dinner in the evening and the breakfast the following morning was exceptional with good quality local produce!Will look forward to returning for hopefully a longer stay in the near future. As we say in Wales a lush experience x

Beautiful listed converted barn. Impeccable cleanliness and service. All rooms are fogged with anti bac mist before arrival. Comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast.

Quite night away, wonderful place, rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. 15 mins walk to town centre. Did not eat here so no comments. Treat yourself won't be disappointed.

We visited the area to see friends before Christmas and chose Orles Barn. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again if in the area. The hosts are friendly and the breakfast was very tasty.

Perfect place to stay to unwind and relax. Beautifully presented room with comfortable bed. Had evening meal on the first evening wonderful food and great ambiance with cosy fire in the bar. Lovely breakfast everything you could want and were kind enough to let us have one breakfast in the room so the rugby semi final could be watched! Friendly and hospitable owners, thank you for a lovely stay.

Location was perfect for our visit, venue is fab as seen on website. Staff are welcoming and friendly, breakfast was excellent. Easy access to a large car park. Would highly recommend. One extra touch that could be added would be bubble bath in the room, the shower/bath gel didn’t provide lasting bubbles!

Beautifully furnished, with very helpful and friendly staff. A real gem. Shame about the view out of the back of the property, there is a lovely little garden, which u can't see from the rooms, but they view beyond isnt great.

From the moment you enter you feel at home. A well run hotel by a friendly and caring family. Everything is thought and taken care off. Immaculately clean room with good WiFi and crystal clear tv reception. Soft sheets like we have at home, even with the heatwave, we slept well. Well appointed and immaculately clean bathroom with good amenities. A restaurant downstairs with good quality hot food and even a bar of you wish to sit in.

Amazing hotel, genial hosts, fantastic food, great room

recently refurbished by the new owners who were brilliant. the rooms were spotless and comfortable breakfast was really good. chatting to some other guests who dined there it was equally as good service a bit concerned by the busy main road to the front, but well soundproofed so did not bother us one bit very handy to walk into town (15 minute stroll) Really interesting the Joiners marks in our bathroom where the roof trusses were fastened. Orles Barn is lovely; beautifully clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and warm (but controllable heating!) The service was fantastic with every little comfort provided for us. Our friendly host made us feel very welcome and respected our privacy. The breakfasts and dinner in the restaurant were superb. As vegetarians the chef provided us with a separate menu so we had plenty of choice. The hotel is a few minutes from the Wye river and a picturesque walk into Ross on Wye. We would highly recommend Orles Barn.

What a beautiful place! Great location just three minutes' drive from the lovely town of Ross-on-Wye and right next to the main road, yet miraculously there was no road noise. The rooms are freshly decorated with luxurious touches, this really felt like a home from home. I booked a larger room, which had a sofa and bath, so I had plenty of room to relax and get work done. Roxy was fantastic, helpful in every way and setting up a table for me in the bar as I was eating alone. Amazing food, great drinks, lovely log fire, everything was perfect, thank you!
