We booked 4 rooms, and having small children, arrive around 1pm, asking just one room for early checking because of kids, available, but need to pay extra, because only can let people check in exactly at 3pm. I mean, come on, I know rules, but helping others, I don't think it's a big deal. Just my 2 cents. If you think my opinion is false, pardon me.

Very easy to find and so close to train (rinkai line). However, rinkai line isn't included in JR pass, so you need to pay additional for Y270-one way just to go here. Very convenient to go to Odaiba by this rinkai line. Check in is quick without additional deposit. Room is okay, I will suggest to book Queen Room instead as it is definitely worth the upgrade. They have massage chair in each room, perfect after long day of walking around Tokyo! Overall, I am very pleased to stay here and definitely will come back.

Hotelnya bagus, bersih, ranjangnya muat untuk 2 dewasa+1 anak kecil. di bawah hotal ada Lawson, sebrangnya hotel ada mal AEON dimana bisa mendapatkan diskon untuk turis (voucher liat di web AEON) dan mendapatkan tax refund bahkan termasuk belanja di supermarketnya min. 5399 yen. di bawah hotel dekat dengan MRT, turun melalui eskalator.
