職員細心辦理入住，並講解酒店設施/附近景點。酒店風格簡單，很有古建築特色，又不殘舊！加上鄰近不同景點，早餐簡單美味。

距離火車站十分鐘路程，距離百花大教堂八分鐘。酒店較古舊但非常整潔，早餐普普通通。入住三人房之外加床很窄及不舒服。職員很親切及有耐性。附近有數間中式餐館。

A great place to stay in Florence! The room was spacious and very nice, and breakfast was delightful each morning. Location is very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again!

Little hotel in the heart of Florence. The hosts were lovely. Location was great; 10 mins walk from the main station and square but it was also quiet. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby and the central market is less than 5mins walk. We had an issue with the shower head in our room which we reported and it got fixed pretty quickly! So kudos for the swift response and excellent customer service! Breakfast was generous and had a variety of options for everyone. We are going to recommend Hotel Collodi to everyone we know and next time we come to Florence, this is where we'll stay.

The staff is veey helpful. The rooms are spacious and the location is great for a walkable city experience.

ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で気持ち良く過ごせました！施設自体は古く、段差の多い構造です。インターネットが繋がりにくい事だけが不便でしたが、メルカートやドゥオモに近く観光に最適でした。

Property was cute, large room, beds super comfortable and the front desk clerks were super helpful. Did not like not knowing parking around the area. We were there onky 24 hours but wish it was longer.

We stayed at Hotel Collodi for four nights. We really enjoyed the hotel. The room was clean and everything was working as expected. Air conditioning ok (very important for a visit in August) clean and comfy. The breakfast has everything you need to start the day. Some ham, cheese and boiled eggs. Yoghurt, cereal, fruit, coffee and juice, what else do you need! The staff was friendly at all times. Always with a smile on the face. Finally, the location is great. Close to the train station and all the major touristic points but far enough to have a quiet night.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Florence. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable, making my time in Florence even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning!

Nice atmospheric hotel. Had the tone of Roman history with a painted ceiling in our room and some exposed brick. Breakfast was ok. Towels were unusual ,- very thin but still absorbent. Good location. And accommodating staff.

Amazing little hotel tucked away but so close to the leather market, station (10min walk) and all the other sites are within 15mins. Nearby restaurants are excellent. Cannot believe this is a 2 star, feels like it should be more. Staff are always so warm and welcoming. Second time we have stayed here. Will be back again soon.

Extremely well located, close to the train station and the city’s main attractions. We were there during a heatwave, and I can confirm the shower and AC were excellent — we slept incredibly well! The staff were kind and welcoming.
