地點近火車站,也離巴士站不遠,更離各個景點步行皆方便

Muy buena ubicación, está cerca de todo.

Las noches no son tan agradables dado que cada vez que en la habitación superior o lateral utilizan las duchas o servicios sanitarios se escucha en la habitación propia. Es mal insonorizado.

En general bien.

Fácil de acceder y muy céntrico. La limpieza de la habitación impecable. El precio razonable.

Alojamiento limpio. Poca información por parte de recepción. Bien situado Sin vistas

Very kind lady named Coral greeted me having arrived extremely late in the evening (24 hour staffing much appreciated!). The room was just fine with an excellent shower and the breakfast just right with friendly staff. Location perfect for the city and close to the station and bus terminal.

Good property and location near the historical center. People at the reception area could be more empathic with the tourist.

It was a room and had all the necessary parts. It was a great location. I didn't like that you couldn't dead bolt the door and the desk service was very, very slow. If you're trying to check out at a certain time, go down 20 minutes before that time. I would stay again though.

The staff here were very nice And it is a great location. They were very responsive to any questions I had and very patient.

Thought this would be a good stay. Said they had laundry service and so we took the chance to have our clothes cleaned. Told we would get back same day. That evening we had not received our clothes back. Checked in with front desk and were told they would be ready later that day. Then still not clothes and then told they would be ready first thing next morning as our train to Barcelona was leaving at 8:45. Since we were leaving early we asked to just get them back. That was an issue and then they gave them back but they were wet and 2 items missing. While we did get the back eventually it was very stressful and being told a different story every time was frustrating.

Perfectamente situado al lado del centro y de la estación, pero necesita una remodelación urgente, en especial los baños, que se ven ya muy viejos. Habitaciones bien de tamaño, camas grandes y cómodas.

El extraño viejo mesero acabo de pedir té verde algo que pedí y no tuve problema unas 100 veces en España con mi español, sin embargo el mesero quería hacer un gran drama porque soy extranjero y llamó a la recepcionista cuando en cualquier idioma No hubiera sido difícil enumerar todas las opciones y manejarlas con las manos limpias. Tampoco puedo sentir que este sea un hotel de 4 estrellas más como un tres y el sistema de ascensores es complejo y las habitaciones defectuosas están cargadas, sin embargo, el personal de recepción fue amable, la comida en el bar era horrible
