This is a small, family-owned property with extremely friendly staff. All the basics amenities are provided including a sit-down breakfast from a limited menu. WiFi, TV, and a ceiling fan in the rooms. FYI - there is no elevator but there are a few main level rooms. Walking distance to dining and small grocery options. Approximately .5 to 1 mile from two different Underground stations and the Victoria train station.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is amazing. Good breakfast included with a very friendly staff. Rooms were always clean. The only issue is they have no AC which makes it’s very hot in the summer months. Our stay was in the end of July and beginning of August and it was very hot in the room. They provided a portable AC which unfortunately made it very humid and it was noisy.

Very nice breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful. Friendly, funny and so attentive. Very clean hotel, comfortable beds. Rooms are small, but have everything you need. Nice bathroom. A good option for access to all central London and less than 1/2 mile flat walk to Victoria station. No air conditioning but fans and open windows make things very comfortable. Would stay here again..

Love the location. Staff is super friendly, breakfast is great. Room was clean. It was a little small but fine. Not the fault of the hotel but it was hot when we were there and tough to sleep. They had fans in the room but they could only help so much. I highly recommend the hotel but know that if the weather is hot, the room may he too.

The room was small but clean and it offered the necessary amenities. There is no air conditioning but they had a ceiling fan over the bed that cooled us down while we slept. There is no lift so you have to be able to walk up stairs. The breakfast was simple but good and the service was exceptionally. It was a great location!

Staff were friendly and informative. Room was clean, spacious and there was a fan in the room. It was one of the hottest days so happy they had switched it on. Restaurant and shops nearby. Definitely would come back again.

I'm very happy that I chose Luna Simone Hotel. The owners and staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for access to Victoria Station and sightseeing. I plan to book this hotel again.

Lovely stay very close to Pimlico tube. Beautiful, safe area. Hotel is immaculately clean and staff cannot do enough to help you. They accommodated our early check in without us asking when we were expecting to drop bags off early. Hearty breakfast with table service. Three lovely staff serving us breakfast - so you didn’t have to wait - great service. Would definitely stay again.

We love the Luna Simone hotel. It was a great location, close to the Piccadilly, I am Victoria stations. It is an older Victorian home converted so there are steps and no air conditioning, but really it doesn’t matter the owner. Peter and his brother went above and beyond anything we could’ve needed Tony and all the other staff, Mark were excellent and helpful and just the kindest people ever I would definitely recommend staying there, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our girls trip from West Virginia! love from Theresa Sherry and Pam!

Great location, close if you want to walk to Big Ben (20 mins) or take the bus in front of the hotel. The property is in a nice neighborhood many places to eat and loca pubs. The brothers that own the property are very sweet, we will miss them. No elevator or AC is you need them.

Loved the location and didn’t like that there wasn’t air conditioning

Been here two years running now came for the abba voyage… Excellent all round stay…one of the hosts Peter or was it Bernard are fabulous….will be coming back hopefully next year….

The staff and service were fantastic. Also, I felt very safe, being alone by myself.

The hotel was very clean. The location was walkable to the theatre district. The owners prepared a delicious full breakfast every morning, included in the room rate. The only drawback was, there is no elevator. I had to walk up and down 70 stairs to get to room 12.
