Front desk staff members were very helpful.

Habitación cómoda y limpia. En recepción me trataron muy bien. Jesus, Loli, Mariano y Rocio me dieron toda la información que solicité. Como punto a mejorar pondría papeleras en las habitaciones que dieran la opción de separar los residuos y así cuidar el medio ambiente

Hotel bien situado para llegar al centro de la ciudad sin necesidad de coche. Loli, Jesús, Rocio y Mariano de recepción proporcionaron muy buenos consejos para conocer bien la ciudad. Habitación con lo necesario para descansar y limpia.

Location was a little far from the key action points, but was very easy to get cabs.

Very nice hotel within walking distance of attractions, museums, historical area etc plus good selection of restaurants, cafes and small shops close by. Helpful and friendly staff team and a small but nice bar in the lobby area. Perfect for our city sightseeing weekend 🙌

Sólo pase una noche pero la sensación fue muy buena, atención, habitación perfecta. Muy buen hotel.

La estancia en el hotel ha sido una una experiencia positiva en general. La cama es cómoda y la habitación está limpia. El personal de recepción (Mariano, Antonio y Vanessa) muy amables y dispuestos. Un pequeño inconveniente es que no se puede reservar parking, si está lleno, te ofrecen la opción de aparcar en un parkig público cercano. .

The hotel was very clean but a little dated. The staff was excellent. I wish we had stayed a little closer to the downtown shops on Calle Mayor, but it was still walkable. Overall, a very nice stay.
