電梯有點舊，房中二個廁所但是馬桶沖水一個是壞的，跟櫃台說了，入住的三晚也沒修理！水壓很夠。小廚房洗衣機很方便！有陽台很棒！櫃檯人員親切福務！地點也很好，到聖家堂三分鐘就到了！旁邊超市及用餐都很方便！

位置超赞，步行到圣家堂5分钟，出门左拐+左拐有个大超市购物很方便。可以自己煮饭。装修很好，物业所值。

前台始终保持微笑服务，对于客人的咨询挺热心的。最棒的是拐个弯到圣家堂了，儿子最喜欢在圣家堂边上的公园喂鸽子。步行到巴特洛之家大约15分钟，圣家堂地铁站可以直达火车站，附近出租车很多，打车都很方便。四个大人和一名五岁小朋友住的两房，空间足够。意外发现酒店收藏的7台Hispanos Suiza老爷车，可惜酒店的餐厅暑期休假了。

Near to the tourist attraction which is quite convenient, there are many restaurants around the area, and the metro station is just 5 mins away the hotel. With two rooms and two bathroom for 4 adults, a big living room and kitchen, also with the washing machine and dryer inside our apartment, which is really helpful for family travel. The apartment provide amenities for washing dishes and washing machine, and we can cook ourselves breakfast in the kitchen with the enough amount of dishes, a very good experience. The car park underground is quite narrow, but it's fine with us. Overall, we had a pretty good experience in this hotel.

我們住兩房套间, 浴室夠大, 有大露台, 可在露台吃早歺, 酒。店位置不是太旺, 晚上有点靜, 不過步行2分鈡有超市, 也挺方便

Very convenient for approaching to the most famous architecture in BCN. However, even the staff is very nice, the room is a little bite old fashion. Some of the need to be remodel.

Awesome.... Well-equipped aparthotel with good location, just 5 minutes walk to metro. Frontdesk staff are good in English and helpful. Will stay again in coming visit to Barcelona

Service is very good and the staff is really nice who recommend a nice spanish resturant to us. A room for 4 people is good which have 2 bedroom, open kicthen, balcony and living room. I moved to another apartment after stayed one day in this hotel. That apartment is no service at all, I have to clean up the trash bin by myself.

サグラダファミリアからすぐ近く。 ベッド付近にUSBやコンセントがないのが不便。フロントは愛想なし。 洗濯機あるが、日本人には馴染みがなく使い方がわからない。洗濯機があるが、 干すところは少ない。 屋上からサグラダファミリアが見えるのはGOOD,隣がスーパーなので長期滞在にはいい。 キッチンのシンクが非常に小さい。

Property was very close to Sagrada Familia and rooms were spacious. Staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly, wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Emplacement idéale, appartement tres propre et tres bien équipée. Jy retournerais si je reviens a Barcelone. Seuls soucis: bruit de la route principale et l'odeur de cuisine dans la cage d'escalier ( mais on n'a pas d'odeurs dans l'appartement)

The apartments were fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, kitchen supplies, and required soaps. Very clean and friendly. Guests have access to a private classic collection of Spain made cars. Very close to many amenities, subway, and buses. Within walking distance (4 mins) to Sagrada Familia. Highly recommended.

Excelente localização, local agradável e muito próximo ao metrô Sagrada Família. Aprt Hotel é excelente, confortável e prático para família.

There is a full size grocery store around the block behind the building. There is a bakery diagonally across the street. The Sagrada Familia is a 2 minute walk. The front desk is staffed 24 x 7, and unlike similar places there’s actual maid services. The neighborhood is very quiet, impressively so given how close to a major tourist attraction. The only negative is most of the restaurants cater to tourists and the food can be mediocre. The restaurant recommendation from the front desk never steered us wrong.

It was a great hotel, close to many amenities and attractions in the neighborhood, personnel very accommodating and friendly. They all very friendly and helpful. Location was safe, great supermarket for basic necessities and great coffee shops, love it!
