酒店環境服務都很好 唯一缺點是洗澡水不夠熱而且水力不夠大

El desayuno deberia estar incluido en el precio; el cambio de las sabanas deberia ser diario. En el baño faltaba al meno pasta de dientes.

The hotel was not what I expected!!! It was GREAT!!! The Front Desk Staff was absolutely spectacular!! Location is perfect for anything you want to do in Pamplona... just an Uber away, even though I drove in. Parking on site... Super quiet. The restaurant and cafe were great as well. I saw a bus stop on the corner... didn't use public transit... it was irregular due to the festival... but Uber driver provided his number and he was available on call.... Been to Pamplona many times, this is my new campround!!! Thank You!!

Hotellet var rent och personalen trevlig. Vi bodde 4 personer i ett familjerum som bestod av två sängar med 135cm bredd. Alldeles för smala för att någon skulle sova bekvämt den natten tyvärr. Frukosten var god men allting tog slut väldigt snabbt och den underbemannad personalen hann inte med att fylla på eller duka undan tomma bord.

Expedia and the hotel should not advertise a restaurant without noting the fact that it is only open at lunch time. Plus the cafeteria is a very limited service that is majorly overpriced.

La única pega que le he encontrado al hotel es que el parking subterráneo podría estar mejor iluminado pero por lo demás en cuanto a calidad precio es bastante buen hotel.

The staff and the breakfast were amazing. The hotel was good, a bit dated, but mostly well maintained. The location was the weakest feature.

Goed hotel voor een overnachting

Clean and some staff was really good and some not really caring (like many places). Option for free parking is a plus. But you feel it is an older hotel. Elevator got out of order and showerhead was detached from wall. Things got fixed when mentioned, but it is all the little things which has an impact on total impression. Breakfast was OK but not the feeling of a 4star hotel. The area is not a nice place with industrial companies. Somehow we also had a lot of flies in the room as soon as opened it for 20-30 min. I would rate it more like 3-3½. It was more or less the only place left for San Fermatin/Bull run. So we were at least happy to have this option.

Excellent location to festivities. Very clean. Hospitable customer service. Will stay again. And I highly recommend

El hotel es antiguo pero limpio y las habitaciones son bastante cómodas. El desayuno es bueno y variado. El principal inconveniente es la distancia a Pamplona. No se entiende que durante las fiestas de San Fermín el hotel no ofrezca un servicio de traslado de ida y vuelta (sin paradas) a Pamplona, aunque sea de pago, cuando los taxis son claramente insuficientes y el autobús que pasa por delante del hotel no aparece porque hay huelga y, cuando aparece, tarda 30 minutos en hacer un trayecto que se hace en 10.

Hemos ido en familia para San Fermin. El hotel está muy bien comunicado con Pamplona, para el autobús justo en la puerta y en recepción nos han ayudado dandonos todos los horarios y proporcionandonos una tarjeta transporte. Las habitaciones están limpias y son confortables. Tanto el personal de recepción como las camareras del bar muy amables.

Visited during San Fermin and the staff was excellent even with all of the activities going on. A little far from the festivities but right on the bus route and the staff was helpful in making sure you knew the bus schedule. Highly recommended. PS…staff also gave red scarfs complementary which was a nice touch.

It was ok, nothing special. But, I did not like Pamplona at all.
