Hotel was dated and older but well maintained, comfortable, and quiet. Clean and a great value for the money!

The only problems was the remote didn't work later in the evening and couldn't get an answer from anyone

Everything is great…except it’s too big.

$3.50 for a styrofoam cup of water? $18.00 for a barely edible hamburger? The whole area is rapidly failing. Friday night and barely anyone at the casinos??? Room was decent for the price. I suspect they have dramatically lowered the price to attract people, because gambling in a smoke filled building with overpriced food doesn’t make me want to go back. Sadly.

I had an Outlaw Ribeye steak from the restaurant on the second floor, one of the best steaks I`ve ever eaten, anywhere. I went down to the casino that night and was near the Black Jack tables, I saw a Buffalo machine open, so I sat down, put $40.00 in it and when my friend called me five minutes later to let me know she was here, I had already won $750.00. Had a great time and will be going again soon!

The beds are a little too firm for us older ladies.The walk from the casino to our room was quite a long way & there was a lot of noise outside of our room throughout our stay. The buffet is gone & THAT stinks! This was my first time visiting Tunica & Hollywood Casino with my BFF who used to stay at your facility multiple times a year & she stated that a lot had changed since her last visit. We were there celebrating her 74th birthday & I just was hoping for a better experience for both of us.

The hotel was okay but the casino was a BIG disappointment. For table games they only had Black Jack, Roulette and Mississippi Stud. They said the other table games had computer issue?? Yeah, right??

The room was outdated. Bathtub needed replacing ie outdated. The beds were uncomfortable likewise the pillows as well.

The staff was super friendly. I'm handicapped and they help out a bunch . Will stay there again.

Nice place to stay.

I know it is a casino, but from the time you walk in the door and on the hotel room it reeks of cigarette smoke. Everything we wore or had in our bag smelled when we returned home. The casino was clean, food was average, the employees were very nice.

The staff on and off the floor was extremely helpful, but however the room we were in was full of mold and my wife and I have respiratory issues that cause sinus infections in contact with mold spores.

I like the cleanliness of the property. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hot tub was inoperable and the pool floor a no. Looking forward to an indoor hot tub and pool was the reason for booking the hotel.

When entering the room, it smelled like bug spray. Many Nats fling around the room, felt damp and musky. Stayed several years ago and was absolutely gorgeous, disappointed.

Was very pleased with our stay. We have stayed at the hotel before. Was pleased then.

Love the rennovations. The new hvac system does an excellent job cleaning the smoke and smell of cigarettes. Ms. Sharon, front desk clerk is always si welcoming and friendly.
