We had a nice stay, not the fanciest,but had nice restaurant the people working there cared about the place. It was queit and the area had lots of places to eat

This was BY FAR the best place I've ever stayed. It met all the basic requirements of cleanliness and location but it was the personal touch that made it wonderful. The attached restaurant and bar was so handy but the staff made it welcoming. All the staff, from the desk clerk through the waitresses and hostesses all genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and their fellow employees. I was in a strange place that felt like home. Thank you!

Very clean. The food was awesome at great prices. Vitale Park with access to the lake is 5 minutes away. Would definitely recommend .

This is the third time we have stayed here. Location is close to Conesus Lake. There is a Restaurant next door and one across the street that are very good.. Rate is very reasonable. No elevator, so we always request a first floor room. Its an old

Great place, good restaurant at the hotel, and very close to the lake. We are grandparents traveling with our 12 year old grandson and this was perfect for us!

Great hotel at beautiful location

We did not have high expectations for this hotel, and it was about on par for what we expected. It needs updating and looks very over-used, and dated. It was not the worst hotel we’ve been in, but somewhere at the bottom. There was a restaurant attached that was quite busy, although we didn’t use it during our stay. We were disappointed that a breakfast was not included.

The staff are down to earth, friendly and accomodating. The restaurant/bar happy hour is great and includes good deals on food. The breakfast buffet on Sunday is verty good.

There were no instructions for the television and we weren’t able to connect to any channel. The toilet seat was broken.
