We had a rough start in that the first room was too close to the lobby, but once they switched us to another

Our stay at La Quinta was pleasant. The surrounding area is nice with Waffle House and other dining options close by. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was VERY spacious and clean. My only complaints are that there didn’t seem to be enough parking (the lot was completely packed the whole time we were there), I could hear the man in the next room coughing in the middle of the night…as if he was right there with us, and the bed was TOO firm. I enjoy a firm mattress, but this felt like sleeping on a rock.

Great room great experience

The hotel was excellent with cleanliness and great customer service. Only disappointed in breakfast. Went to eat at 8:00 and bacon was out also the waffle maker was not working.

I was surprised at how nice and updated the hotel was upon entry. The rooms were nice. Bed comfy and check in was super easy.

I was immediately disappointed in the pool. I paid $178 for a pool and looks different than picture online. Has pieces of pool floor broken off. Old broken life guard float in water. Side entrance smells like weed. Trash in the hallways.jacuzzi was not even hot or powerful. It was week. I booked for my birthday to relax and feel shafted. Never agin stay here.pubic hair on toilet seat and room service just walked in without knocking next morning scaring my son. Breakfast was normal but hash browns were raw and tasted terrible. And the elevator was scary sounded like it was gonna fall. m trying different place tonight

Very friendly staff but the room remained hot, the air conditioner did not work properly.

I thought it was a very nice room but all the amenities weren't in working order, such as the hot tub. They said the heat pump was out on it. I was really looking forward to getting in it, but the hot tub and the pool both were cloudy. The water looked really clear and blue in the pictures online but more like blueish algae in person. Breakfast was really nice and had a great selection to choose from. All in all it was pretty good stay.

I hade received a room of queen beds snd i got double beds 🛌 i did not sleep at all the mattress were very uncomfortable and i got a really lower back pain and had to leave a day earlier i just won't stay in this hotel again the hall way smiled like weed i was room 320 and just did not like it at all my kids said the swimming pool was cold and the hot tube was cold and did not even work i was disappointed 🙃
