Rooms are spacious and well designed. Makes you feel comfortable and at ease when staying in the room. Decoration are modern and rooms are clean! Bathroom are well designed! Breakfast is really fantastic. You have all choices to eat and the taste are good. The only setback is that most of the front desk staff are not helpful at all. But this hotel have everything your want, restaurants, bar area, gym, relax area, etc. and of course the in-room faclities are very good, so you don't need to "disturb" the receptionists anymore once you have checked in. Besides, the motor rink is just 3-min walk and the hotel had its direct passage to reach it exclusively. We had a good time here and will definitely re-visit it again!

The staff were more interested in drinking their own coffee and chatting with each other than helping customers. The water systems has problens, the showers go very hot suddenly and the very cold. Took 4 showers and same every time. Breakfast is really the best. Amazing breakfast. Everything is there and fresh.

Var på Oldtimer GP på Nürburgring och läget är oöverträffat. Mycket bra hotell och restaurant är både bra på frukosten men även utmärkt för trevlig middag. Rekommenderas.

The location of this hotel near the Nürburgring Grand Prix track which is perfect for race fans, especially on an event weekend. The hotel has an amazing race theme, and food is great! The only issue with the hotel was that the bathroom didn't have a door, but otherwise an amazing hotel.

Great hotel, safe parking and close to the ring. Only thing which was less pleasant was the early morning room cleaning when checking out at 11am…

An sich war alles ok. Leider gab es am TV im Zimmer nur bedingt Auswahl, keinerlei Smart TV Möglichkeiten und keine Chance das Handy auf den TV mit Mirror Screen zu verbinden. Für so ein teures Hotel leider ein dicken Punktabzug! Zudem wurden wir sehr dumm angemacht am Empfang. Wir warteten kurz, da die Damen am arbeiten waren und wir sie erstmal machen lassen haben. Dann kam nur ein herablassendes "was kann man für euch tun?", als wären wir Fremde, die nicht uns Bild passen. Als mein Partner sagte, dass wir reserviert haben und einchecken wollen, fiel der Dame alles ausm Gesicht. Und netter wurde sie dennoch nicht. Sie sah auch schon echt arrogant aus, was sich dadurch bestätigte. Wir waren dann froh, als wir am nächsten Tag eine andere Dame hatten. Die anderen Mitarbeiterinnen im Hotel waren netter, zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter. Findebes ein Unding, Leute nach dem Aussehen oder der Kleidung zu beurteilen. Man kann auch Geld haben und einen schönen teuren Urlaub in einem teuren Hotel machen, wenn man keine 90/60/90 Maße hat und bodenständig gekleidet ist!

The hotel was comfortable and next to the GP track fan shop and area attractions. My room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast included was quite good and offered a good variety. For U.S. travelers looking for a familiar hotel, I'd highly recommend it.

This is a PSA, public service announcement. If you are black, I recommend not staying here. They are racist. I was tired of being asked do you belong to this hotel a s what is your room number. I al in a bi-racial relationship and my husband was surprised. The manager is rude, staff is fine.

Very unhelpful receptionist was obsessed with charging for parking in advance that she took payment for the room a second time. Took a few days to sort out.

It’s an interesting hotel with good racing decor. If you are a racing fan you will like here very much.

whole lobby / bar area smells of cigarette smoke due to smoking room doors being open, not acceptable in 2023
