the room is clean but there was no floor mat. but overall it was good. and we can't contact the coffee shop.

Staffs are very accommodating and I really love there follow ups If you need still need assistance while your staying. Customer service is very awesome and the food ...I really love it. The only thing that I think they should improve is putting an aircon in the lobby area, so at least while you're still waiting for the check in time you can at least relax . Also if they can renovate the whole building it will be much more awesome! Overall I love my short vacation😍

Only 1 elevator is working and you have to wait for about 7 to 10mins for us to be accommodated. Their couches have visible stained that you're going to think twice if you're going to dig in or not. Finally, their linens are very soiled and need for a replacement. I'm sorry this is not recommendable at all. Thank you.

The unit is spacious but no fitness gym. The hotel description is not accurate. The WIFI is slow and only for mobile phones. Laptop is not advised as Google Chrome and other browsers won't allow you to connect unsecured network. There is no cable channel not even local channels. TV is useless boring. The price is not worth. I am very disappointed!

The bed sheet with brown stain ...the floor is dirty .... the 2 chair is very dirty I have a photo of chair ... I’m not happy to stay at landcaster hotel 😔

The elevator was so inconvenience!! They have 32 floors (if I am not mistaken) then they have only 2 elevators that will operate!! The Breakfast buffet also now worth it the place where the breakfast buffet at was so hot! its so irritate their was a AC there but I am not sure if they use it. Improve your hotel! Especially the elevator

bad experience. no free coffee on the room, ac is not functioning well, internet is very slow, we almost trapped on the elevator causing us to use only 1 elevator for the whole bldg. not gonna come again

The room was huge, I was upgraded to 25th floor. Room has dining area, huge receiving area and kitchen, room good for 2 pax and a huge bathtub in the bathroom. They have a ref, double burner electric stove, oven and tv with several channels available. Near MRT-Shaw and walking distance to Star Mall, Greenfield, Shangrila. I Was kind of disappointed with the wifi - slow signal; you need to wait in line for the elevator; no bidet for toilet and only few options for buffet breakfast.

Security was improved - rooms are just so-so

We had an awesome birthday celebration during our stay here... More to come! And all the staff are very accommodating. It is also good for barkadas who love to chill and go to bar because its just across the street.

Old hotel, but have nice service. It would be nice if they have more lifts. For 35-storey building, only having 2 lifts is such a pain as I need to wait for a long time for it.

I arrived 1:15pm and got a junior suite cause I am burnt out from work but to my disbelief the worst is yet to come more than an hour I waited to check in, my ice cream melted already. Also I was awaken by the room attendant entering my room. They are telling me that they are knocking but none is responding so the guy opened the locked door. Nothing valuable was lost but the fact that hotel staff can enter guest room without permission scares me most.
