非常热情谦逊，房间干净整洁，非常好，非常满意

这家酒店靠近JR札幌站和札幌地铁站。房间对于日本酒店来说很宽敞。虽然看起来像是一家老酒店，但床和枕头真的很舒服！我在这里睡了三个晚上，感觉很好。还有一点：早餐太丰盛了！！（对于一家日本酒店来说，这价格也太高了）。菜单种类丰富，味道鲜美。如果以后有机会去札幌，我还会再来这里。

地理位置优越，距离JR札幌站西口步行不远；工作人员非常友好。房间内不提供便利设施，请在大堂领取。酒店设有大和服务柜台（如果非工作时间，可以联系酒店工作人员，但需提前3天预约），方便我们把行李寄送到机场。

位置距离jr札幌站很近。

因为我们是乘坐新干线和火车去札幌的，所以到达的时候是晚上，但办理入住手续很方便。复古的酒店，但干净舒适，对于我们四个人来说，房间相当宽敞，有厕所、带浴缸的浴室和 2 个水槽，此外还有一张餐桌😊😊 地理位置靠近札幌站，出行很方便。前往大通方向，下一站也只有1个站。札幌站附近有一个购物中心。 如需打扫房间，每天只需加收500日元，但必须提前一天通知我们。 入住舒适的酒店，享受札幌之旅，非常感动。如果我们再次来这里，我想我们会住在这里。受到推崇的。

Hotel yang dekat dengan Stasiun Sapporo, kamar luas, sarapan enak, ada keterangan bahan makanan, ada toko suvenir di lobi, bisa titip koper, staf sangat ramah.

Excellent hotel, near North Exit of Sapporo Station. If carrying luggages, best to walk on street level (rather than basement). From north exit on street level, go out to the open, turn left all the way, locate Family Mart at the corner, walk down the ramp (helpful for luggages) and cross to Family Mart. With front facing FM door and back facing station, walk straight to right hand side following the pavement. Hotel is after traffic light (need to cross) Pleasant hotel, amenities on level 1, pyjamas provided. We got all we needed, clean room, spacious for 4 of us (2A2C). Convenient location

it has very good location its near sapporo station, clean room and nicely decorated. I choose eco plan room since its cheaper, I thought that that kind of plan are only no linen service (no changing linen) which is fine by me, however they did not clean the room at all, not even taking the trash out, I protested to the manager and they clean the room at no charge for 1 time. I stays for 5 nights I think its fair that they should clean the room at least 1 or 2 times.

Location near sapporo station, comfy, clean, breakfast delicious.

Do not mistaken this hotel from the Mystays Sapporo Resort. When you got out of Sapporo station, go to Exit 9 instead of 12. 12 would get you the Sapporo Resort instead. The room was quite spacious for Japanese size. The amenities were adequate but you have to add it yourself from the receptionist counter. The service was fast, the check in process was efficient.

the room was biggest (above standard size japan hotel) during my trip at mystays chain hotel, all clean and neat. walking distance from sapporo st with heavy luggages & slippery snowing road was ok (straight 1 block from north exit station to 1st intersection & turn left). the reception staffs were helpful and kindness. they allowed us to keep our luggages until 7pm after checked out with free of charge, while we were got short trip to otaru before took last train to hakadote. will be back for surely
