隔音很差，臥房與隔壁緊鄰，遇到隔壁嬉鬧唱歌整夜時，睡客廳沙發較安靜。整體設備較三年前老舊了⋯ 但還算舒適。

一般住在哥德區的巷道裡晚上會比較危險，但是它的地點就在Mercat de Born 旁邊的巷弄裡，晚上都還是很熱鬧。如果搭taxi，告訴司機080，他馬上就知道是哪裡。那是個新興文創區，附近非常多藝文氣息的服飾店，臨近許多超市、有機商店，離Metro也近，生活機能非常方便。轉個彎便是海上聖母廣場(桑樹坑廣場)，如果在附近真的迷路，朝教堂的塔走近便找到了! 服務人員非常熱情也盡責，會有詳細的解說。廚房設備完整，有餐廳、很大的客廳和房間。淋浴間和洗臉化妝台是分開的。房間和客廳都有陽台，採光很好，隔音窗戶效果也很好。比起五星級飯店，這裏的品質一點都不差! 但是它的價錢只有四星，真的很棒!

Excellent. Great location in a vibrant area, walk to Barceloneta beach and amazing museums, restaurants and bars. Only problem was the elevator only worked for me going up (not down) which meant getting my suitcase down from the top floor was a challenge. But ... She persisted and she could.

Die Wohnung ist einfach mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr zu erreichen, liegt sehr zentral in einen Quartier mit angenehmen Betrieb und feinen Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung. Für uns hat es als Familie super gepasst!

This apartment couldn’t be more perfect. They had everything we needed, and it was surrounded by all of the best shopping and dining. Would love to stay here again on our next visit.

Property was in a fantastic location. Was a small amount of night time noise but to be expected for the location. Property was clean and well furnished, the facilities and welcome pack were great. Stayed with two young kids and they loved it and was the ideal base to explore into Barcelona and towards the Beach. Having Born district on the door step was great for eating and ice cream treats. The staff could not have been more helpful even helping to carry bag to our rooms as well as coming to find me when I was on the wrong floor trying to get into the wrong apartment on arrival. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again in future.

If you choose an apartment instead of a hotel in Barcelona, ​​this is a good choice. It is very close to the city center and the beach (bus stop, metro). There are many restaurants and attractions nearby. The building is old, but the interior is clean. The office is on the first floor, so it is easier to get help than other apartments. The staff is friendly, but I forgot to ask for their names. Thank you.

Bel appartement bien situé. Secteur plus calme et près du musée Picssso et des spectacles Flamenco. 2 e fois qu’on fait affaires avec Inside Barcelona. Jamais déçus. Avons passé une semaine. Merci au personnel pour l’accueil chaleureux.

Can get noisy at nite

Overall, good as the property is close to most attractions and shops and eateries. Commuting by bus or train is easy. It’s a walkable city. The property is plain and simple. Has narrow staircases though, going up/down with carry on or big luggage can be challenging but there is an elevator but just as narrow as the stairs. Kitchen equipped with necessities, washroom is small esp the shower section. Bedrooms are okay size.

Es hat mir sehr gefallen und ichvhabe mich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Hat alles super geklappt und konnte sogar Zimmer schon vor 15 Uhr beziehen. Alles sehr unkompliziert und einfach mit den Zugangcodes. Komme gerne wieder.

Overordnet set var det et super fint sted at bo, men skulle vi havde været der i mere end 4 nætter havde vi valgt noget andet. Badeværelset kunne godt trænge til en lille opgradering. Nogle af listerne havde løftet sig fra vægen. Sengene var helt fine og rene og det var skønt med altanerne.

The property is clean and located in the El Born district which is quite vibrant with plenty to do in the immediate area. The apartment (2 bed) was very small for a family of 4 and it is a walk to the subway.

Taxi drivers are puzzled to get you close as the streets at the apartment are too narrow - easy fix we discovered is use the Pla de Palau as your taxi and transportation hub. For beaches hail taxi at opposite side of Pla and for train station direction hail taxi at near side. Drivers are a bit fussy with this. This is a very good location for nearby shops and eatery choices. Familia Sagrada is walkable - but a stretch in the heat @ 2.3km. Beaches are closer - best choices are Mar Bella and Bogatell. Well maintained, clean and comfortable apartment. Management is located in same building and prompt to respond to your needs. Fabulous choice.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 3. Our 10 yr old had his own space and it was in such a beautiful part of El Born. We really couldn’t have been happier here! A couple downsides (as entitled American's so take it as you will…)… WiFi didn’t connect well in the common space and bathroom was very small (and we relatively small ppl).

I’ve already stayed in a few places in Barcelona but this was definitely one of the best: super clean (they even had new sponges & cleaning towels for the dishes prepared, something I appreciated a lot!!), all dishes & glasses were super clean, it was spacious for four people, had a perfect location for which everything was walk able, supermarkets, bars & restaurants were close and very nice, easy & quick communication and check-in. Even could have left my luggage after check-out in the office which is just located below the apartment. I slept very well but my friend had some issues due to the street noise (weekend) but I think it depends how sensitive you are. I can definitely recommend this place and will be back. Det er en dejlig mindre lejlighed, hvor placeringen midt i El Born ikke kan være meget bedre. Lejligheden har hvad der skal være. Dog er stolene på altanen umulige at sidde på, så vi byttede dem ud med to indefra. Servicen på kontoret er perfekt; de er utroligt behjælpelige. En beboer overfor holdt nogle nat-arrangementer på sin tagterrasse. Ellers stille og roligt kvarter. Det eneste vi manglede var en opvaskemaskine, men det gik uden.
