We appreciate much the assistance from the reception when we check in. BTW, the hotel is close to Ponte di Rialto instead of Piazza San Marco though it lies in between, we alight wrongly in San Marco and have to lift luggage up and down from stairs, a really big mistake but thanks to the hotel staff and they help us get the luggage to check-in. Hotel is only 2min. straight walk from Rialto in fact. Hotel room condition is OK though relatively small for 3 persons; breakfast, wifi are both good.

The flat was beautifully maintained — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. I especially loved the elegant décor, with the Murano glass chandeliers adding a touch of timeless Venetian charm. The location was perfect, just a short walk from both the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Nice hotel in an excellent location close to all major attractions within a few min by walk.

Hotel San Luca was kept very nice and the room was nice. The bed was comfortable and area quiet for how close it was to San Marco square and the grand canal.

The area is fine the room they provided me very small..

We had a blast at Hotel San Luca. The only inconvenience is that it is an annex to Hotel Venezia. You check in at one, eat at one but sleep in another. Rooms are clean, location is ridiculously primed but the cherry on the top was the friendliness of the staff and how far they went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfast option is a must. Walking distance from the docks, about 30 meters and from Piazza San Marco, about 50 meters. Couldn’t beat the location even if you tried. Very very pleasant place to stay, however, I would not advise more than 2 people per room. Our luck had it that our room was very very tight for 3 people although we saw rooms way bigger with the same disposition. I would return there if I have the chance and do not miss the opportunity to opt for transportation from the airport through the hotel, best thing we’ve ever done.

Receptionist was a very lovely lady. She was so kind and helpful. The facilities were brilliant, we couldn’t ask for more. The area was in walking distance of everything! We felt really safe and trusted the hotel. Thank you x

I was really looking forward to my stay at this property. However, I was disappointed and felt compelled to leave a poor review because they did not have an iron available, which I found unacceptable. I had to argue to get one, especially since I had a photo shoot scheduled for the next day. To make matters worse, we lost power during my stay. The male staff member in charge was not helpful, but thankfully, a female receptionist managed to find a way to get me an iron. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing.

Our family of five stayed at the three bedroom apartment outside of the main hotel. It was very spacious and clean. Hotel staff was amazing! They organized airport pick up and drop off with no issues. Messages before our arrival were always answered. We were able to get our apartment before checkin time! Location is amazing for all major sites. We will definitely recommend this hotel!
