Great hotel

What a toilet bowl of a hotel. Front counter staff - rude and unprofessional. Room was filthy, not dirty, FILTHY I believe there was poop on the hairdryer cord Blood (thick glob) on tv stand Dirt and grime on every surface, looked like it was compiled over many weeks or even months of not being cleaned Remote for the tv broke and absolutely filthy Door to bathroom broken Spider webs everywhere in our room and outside the entry door. No pool (advertised as open) No Hottub I would never stay here again I will not recommend to anyone ****DO NOT STAY HERE**** Very unprofessional front counter staff

Easy access off highway. Comfortable beds. Didn't feel completely safe parked near highway.

Th shower had mold. The door couldn’t close became of how bowed the door was. Mold around the frames. Serious note explore you will be charged if using the towels anywhere but in the shower. Fridge was left open and the freezer was built up of ice. Glad we only spent sleeping times in the room. (Also sad that they raised the prices because of a festival in Forks.)

We had to check out the same day! There were bugs on our beds. Front desk person came to check the beds in the room found the bugs, they stated that “they didn’t look like bed bugs but they were bugs of some sort rhough”

Property needs a bit of updating

Not bad hotel. We stayed at the ground floor. It was stinky when we first enter the room so I borrowed air freshener from the cleaner next door

Overall, the stay was fine in terms of cleanliness, location, and room quality. The service was not satisfactory. There was a coffee station set up in the reception, but coffee was never available. I was there at 8 am and they said they have run out of coffee for the day. How can a hotel run out of coffee at 8am? Secondly, there was extra charges if you needed fresh towels the next day, so we chose not to opt for that. Finally, the lady at the reception was very unfriendly. While checking out, I returned her one key card, and she rudely said - "I need both key cards back, or else I will charge you for it". I mean, in this day and age, people just leave at checkout time. I at least had the courtesy of informing her we were checking out. Normally, people just toss the key cards or take them with. Anyway, this encounter was weird. Overall, comfortable stay but strange service vibes.

The property is old and sutle improvements made. The smell of its age was apparent. Stayed in so called suite and it did not have a sink in bathroom. Barely any towels. If they would put the effort that they did in lobby in rooms it would be way better. Will not stay again.

Wifi not working (1-2 bar, would disconnect often unless near the window). No hook for the towel in the bathroom. The bathroom door did not close (too wrapped and water-damaged). The lady at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. No lock inside the door for the room. One of the pans was dirty (we had a kitchenette).

Aside from the check in area, the motel was very run down. Much to our dissappointment, the pool was closed, though it looked fine under the tarp and there was no evidence of work being done on it so I wonder if they just didn't want to maintain it. After all, the place is for sale and had the vibe that no one cared. As it turns out, the same person owns the motel we stayed in in Forks- it was easy to discern as it had the same awful color scheme, lighting, bad fitting linens and furniture. Our towels never dried even though they were hung from the hangers in the sink area! Without the pool, there was no where you could sit outside as there are no balconies or areas on the property where you could "relax" other than in the dark, outdated and grungy room. The first room we were assigned (and thankfully moved from) was at the foot of the stairs with absolutely no privacy with the curtains open-it should not be a guest room-unacceptable! Do yourself a favor and do not stay here! I am surprised Expedia allows this establishment to be one of their options!

Pool was closed

This hotel was conveniently located and our room was very comfortable and spacious. The road noise kept us up most of the night and we had to turn off the water supply to the toilet at night due to it recycling every 5 minutes. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom and the baseboards and door were filthy. The bedrooms and kitchen were clean. This is a dated budget hotel. There are no USB outlets and no smart televisions. The hot tub was broke too.
