A very nice hotel

The swimming pool was good for children to play, especially the slide. Though his pool was no life guard on duty, overall was good. The room was standard, however, the bathtub was draining very slow so we have to bath with the dirty water on the foot.

Connor at the front desk welcomed us warmly. He gave us a suggestion for a short walk to view salmon returning to spawn, as well as a nice restaurant where we could watch hang gliders in Howe Sound landing at the end of the day. Later, as we passed by, he asked if we were happy with the room and whether we needed anything more. We appreciated his interest in our having an exceptional stay. The room was spotless, the beds comfortable, and the continental breakfast was better than that offered in most motels. This property has earned each if my five stars. Bravo!

Great quality hotel with a nice pool and fun slide! The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very nice and clean. The included breakfast is a great thing!

Staff was super accommodating allowing us a late checkout so we could come back and shower after our trail race at Alice Lake. Fun brewery and cidery we noticed on our nightly walk around the industrial park. Super comfy bed and pillows. My only complaint was the strong cleaner/air freshener smells as soon as I walked through the front doors into the lobby. Overpowering on the 3rd floor as well.

What I liked The staff were very friendly and I was given an upgrade to a big bathtub and bathrobes . The room was clean and everything worked. It is close to restaurants .

They let us checked in early and were easy to work with!

We very much liked the hotel. We had asked to be included in a special price while attending a funeral for the O’Donnell family but did not receive it . Therefore our only complaint was the cost which we thought was excessive.

Limited breakfast

I like most of the features of this property except no Netflix.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful with maps and suggestions

Woman at the front desk was extremely helpful directing us to Smoke Bluffs Park viewpoint trail, which was amazing. Breakfast was also very good - considering it was kind of continental style. Lots of choices.
