Queda en el centro de la ciudad

Compared to the cost of the room, this hotel is 4 stars for room, service, and location. For services, the reception is mixed … the morning lady was average and I did not see any friendly gesture from her. The afternoon and night receptionist knew some English and he was very helpful. The daily buffet was above basic and it had my 3-4 types of fruits along with egg, cheese, rice or soup and other basic items. The room was very good especially the air conditioner, safe, and fridge. Room was very clean. The man challenge is noise or sounds from nearby streets especially during weekends as there are many late celebrations. The location is downtown near many coffee shops, attractions, restaurants, and local street market. It is also 15 minutes walking from bus terminal. I suggest trying the many coffee shops on calle 10 and visit the Plaza De Bolívar. Enjoy the water fountains, church and drinking coffee from the balcony of Kava Cafe.

Everything it is comfortable and propert. The woks team are very friendly as We are in Ours home. Thanks so much for everythings

Good central hotel to see the downtown sites.

The hospitality at reception desk needs much improvement overall rooms are neat daily cleaned. Dinning not the menu inviting appetite. The surroundings need security at night i did not feel confortable walking out of the hotel at night

breakfast was great, simple but yummy and spacious dining area. I liked that the hotel was attached to a shopping mall and location was good for my travel needs

Muy regular....nos dieron habitacion exterior solicitamos habitacion interior; amablemente nos colaboraron y cambiaron; lamentablemente fue peor ya q dimos con una habitacion no se si cerca a una discoteca y se presento musica toda la noche. Fue una horrible noche...

It was Ok

Staff very friendly and helpful except for the fact that my wife’s nephew came to the hotel to visit us. He got there as we were checking in and went up to the room with us. The next day he came to the hotel when he got off work and the front desk called us and told us he was in the lobby. We told them to send him up but they refused. We had to go down and try to get them to let him in. They said he has to have ID ( which he didn’t have on him). We told the woman that she let him in the other day no questions asked. Why is today any different? Anyway he had to get his mother to send him a copy of his ID to get let into the hotel. Not happy with that!

Everything was ok, I just had a problem with internet acces. It was no working, I called front desk but seems like this was a deeper problem.
