The rooms are large

Staff was great, hotel was very clean, free breakfast was a plus. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Hotel staff was more than friendly, but the hotel is starting to need some updates. It’s just starting to feel “old.” Also, the complimentary shampoo/conditioner in the shower was not the product named on the bottle… not sure what the substitution was. Overall, decent stay but hopefully some new touches are on the list for the future.

The hotel was very convenient for me moving my daughter into her college apartment. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was fresh and hot and was really tasty!

Staff was nice and room was decent. However, there was a LARGE junior football team from MI staying in the hotel and they were allowed to completely take over the pool, hot tub, parking lot (kids playing football at 9 pm take over), and dinning area. We specifically rented a hotel with a hot tub and didn’t even attempt it because when parking we seen the 40+ people in the pool area and probably 10 to 15 kids in the hot tub it’s self. Breakfast the same team took over the waffle maker for a long periods of time and then stood around where nobody could get to it or anything on that counter. Twice while waiting in line for things, people from the group would say excuse me and reach around to get what they wanted when politely waiting would have been appropriate. Just seemed like the team and parents were allowed to take over the hotel completely with no consideration of other guests and that they paid money as well. My daughter is looking at the UofI and if she goes I won’t stay there while visiting.

The suite is comfortable and clean. It is dated but it worked well for our family of 4. Breakfast is not great- no healthy options.

Stopped here for the night on our way from Ohio to Wyoming. Convenient access off the interstate. Our room was clean & spacious.

The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was the best. Ive been trying to get those in every hotel westay in. Thank you

Great stay. We just missed the info the pool was down for the month

The staff at the front desk were not friendly. I had to speak to them first to be greeted. If you did not speak or recognize them then they did not recognize you. Also, seemed to be busy on mobile phone. Customer service is poor.

This is my go to hotel I stay at when I travel now.

I purposefully booked because we wanted pool and hot tub, no where was there information that they weren't available. The girl checking me in was more interested in showing her coworker her new nails. Noise level was not kept down at designated times. Smoking right next to the entrance so we had to walk through it to go in. I'll never spend money there again. Way over priced for poor service.

The staff went above and beyond to help and answer every question and very easy to get around

The hotel was nice. Staff was helpful, room clean, breakfast hot. The only downside was that the pool was being renovated. I'd stay again!

Wish Hotels.com would show whether the pool was under renovation. This is the third time we've booked wanting a pool and arrived only to be told by the property that it is under renovation and closed. Would be nice to know before booking!

Nice stay except one of the two beds was clearly worn out. Big dip that was obvious even when the bed was made. Pillows were nice though.

Clean and comfortable, the most important things.
