Excellent and friendly service, beautiful building and rooms, great views.

Property was nice but very aged. The rooms are considered “smart rooms” meaning if no motion is detected, then all electrical is shut off. So your phones etc will not fully charge during the night. Overall the stay was okay, rooms are aged and our carpet was stained and torn. Location is great though, close to Rainbow Bridge to crossover to Canada and close to casino if that’s your thing.

Good, spacious room and bathroom. Floors were stained and there was tape on the bathroom wall covering a hole or water damage. The observation deck was nice. Staff were awesome.

The hotel itself if great. The viewing room was a little dirty and the bar had fruit flies flying around. But i would definitely be back.

Overall excellent experience for the price! Our hot tub water was our only complaint as it took over and hour and a half to fill the tub and it also leaked water all over the floor from a bad faucet seal. Otherwise the room was impressive and romantic. The dining area and bar downstairs was a nice touch.

The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable. We saw the fireworks from the falls from our room & the upstairs skyview room as well. The staff was great, very friendly & accommodating. We liked the lounge & Felix, the bartender was fantastic. Breakfast was always hot & fresh.
