All staffs are helpful and very nice. The location is great near the train station, central park also the Lotte mart that we can go for shopping. The room are comfortable and clean ! I love the service at sauna with hot tub (pay for 20,000 krw / person) It will be awesome if it is free of charge for this facilities for all hotel's guest!

Clean hotel, nice hotel ambience, near Lotte mart, walking distance to songdo convensia and MRT station and there is shuttle bus to/from Incheon airport
