入住酒店時, 已訂2間客房, 但到CHECK IN 時, 酒店負責人說有一間取消, 但由此至終並沒有取消。幾經交涉, 酒店安排另一間客房, 但個刻的心情已受影響。所以入住時, 必定要SEND EMAIL到酒店確認訂單。以免影響旅行的心情。

The hotel is definitely faded grandeur. The best thing about it is its excellent location. Room was clean and bed comfy but every day the shower was only ever lukewarm; the door to my room didn't shut properly from the outside without being slammed very hard several times so in fact someone in housekeeping hadn't closed it properly. Staff are patchy - charming younger guy who was 5 star but others gruffer. Breakfast coffee wasn't great. Better to go to cafe Martorana few steps away. Too many big American tour groups.

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und hatten 1 Woche Aufenthalt. Zimmer waren sehr sauber, geräumig und ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch Parkplatz für unser Auto war vorhanden. Zentrum und Einkaufsstraßen sind zu Fuß sehr leicht erreichbar.

Right in the middle of Palermo, the restaurants, the markets - easy to walk 20m for a meal or a few hundred metres to see the sights. Great location, beautiful old building and rooms and helpful staff. Comfy beds and quiet.

Terrible customer service go elsewhere

Really beautiful hotel and wonderful service. The only issue we had was a sewage smell in our hotel room. Don’t know what it was from.

Un séjour parfait au Grand Hotel Piazza Borsa ! L’accueil et le service sont irréprochables, tout le personnel est attentionné et professionnel. L’hôtel en lui-même est une très belle bâtisse, pleine de charme, idéalement situé à deux pas des rues principales et du quartier historique : pratique pour découvrir Palerme à pied et profiter des nombreux magasins et restaurants. La chambre était élégante, soignée et très confortable (excellente literie, climatisation efficace, tout le confort attendu). Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de grande qualité, servi avec beaucoup de soin. L’hôtel est calme, facilement accessible grâce à l’ascenseur. Une excellente adresse pour découvrir Palerme, que je recommande vivement !

Right next to the hustle and bustle of the city without being involved, the hotel is clean and as the name suggests Grand. I enjoyed my stay and couldn't fault it.

Property was as described. It was in a perfect location. It’s a beautiful building with great historical significance. The staff were friendly and the breakfast that is included was amazing.

Hôtel très bien situé, à côté de la rue commerçante. Très bel hôtel, personnel serviable et aimable.

The only main issue was the bell man (porter ) in the day. He was extremly rude not pleasant at all all my encounters with him. Rude to the taxi driver just dumped our bags in front of the taxi and general antipatico. I also gave him a tip. Rare in italy and he was not thankful at all. This is in contrast to the nighttime bellman/porter vialegge who could not have been more polite and more helpful
