酒店整體應該是可以的，位置很好，清潔，前台服務很好，早餐一般，但可能我訂錯房間了，我我房間就在路邊，一門之隔，雖然有遮擋層在玻璃門和窗上，但感覺總是怪怪的，好像沒有私隱一樣，厨房在門邊，一開門就直望洗手間，如果沒關門沖涼，那途人就可以看見，晚上很吵，途人可能倚在你門邊聊天，一直到凌晨4，5時才會靜下來，房間是兩層的，但餐桌在閣樓，如果要煮食，就比較麻煩，所以訂這酒店，必須考慮我所說的，或者選擇其他房間。。。

員工的英文都很好，很好溝通，服務態度也很好。早餐豐盛

good location and good stuff. The only comment is the shower room just fit and the blanket is too small.

位置與地鐵有點距離！ 住于地面一層街外有點嘈吵，入夜才靜下來！ 其他設施良好！會再入住！

位置去主要景点都是走路距离，干净，服务亲切高效。

location was good, very close to opera house and a few minutes walk from metro station. staff at reception are very friendly. Appreciate! environment is good. interior is new and facilities are good. breakfast is fine~ room is comfortable & clean, good security all in all, a very good experience

Excellent location in the heart of Budapest. Quiet but surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.

The property is charming and unique in its own way. Very close to areas of interests.The staff was great especially Stella. She's a gem! Her customer service was superb! Very accommodating which made our stay more special.

Nach einer schrecklichen Nacht im Little Americas Texas Apartement, haben wir spontan im Opera Garden Hotel ein Zimmer gebucht und wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber, das Frühstück war üppig und sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Toll war abends auch die Dachterrasse und der Gratis-Sangria :)

Vi var så nöjda med allt. Fantastiska personal och service. Riktigt bra rum. Och vilken bonus med att de bjöd på hemgjord lemonad och sangria. Vi kommer rekommendera hotellet och hoppas på att själva kunna återvända i framtiden.
