We were heading to a wedding, and needed a safety pin quickly, and the front desk staff was very helpful and found us a couple of safety pins and that saved the day. Thanks!

Excellent location. Very clean and great beds

We liked the property and convenience being downtown. We did not like the tiny bathroom getting into the bathroom with the tiny toilet. The large shower was nice though. Otherwise the suite was very nice.

This is in a good location, not far from state street, and near the capital. Lots of good dining options nearby. The staff was very friendly, room was clean, nice and quiet

This was a lovely stay. Close to lots of different restaurants, and right in the downtown area. Very quiet and the complimentary breakfast was great.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The room was spacious and clean, the free breakfast was very good and the location was great for touring Madison and UW on foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Matteo at the front desk.

Great location. Short walk to Capitol Building and Madison Farmers' Market. Older hotel but well maintained. Breakfast always good. Have stayed here many times.
