The staffs here were all very helpful & the location is really great with only one station away from Kyoto station & Karasuma station.

Will come back again later if I have a chance to kyoto.

Very close to subway station and bus stop. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I love the room, its spacious compared to japanese standards, it has spacious balcony facing the street and kitchen. Best place I have during my stay in japan. Definitely will be back again.

Good hotel, good staff. They have an elevated parking lot, you can drive inside and use an intercom to communicate with lobby staff for assistance.

ห้องดีมาก กว้างใหญ่พอที่จะกางกระเป๋าหด้2ใบแบบไม่อึดอัด มีครัวให้ด้วย แถมพนักงานบริการดีมาก เราขับรถมาจอดที่โรงแรม แนะนำให้จองที่จอดไว้ก่อน เพราะมีที่จอดจำนวนจำกัดครับ ขับเข้าไปจอดตรงหน้าลิฟต์จอดรถแล้วกดอินเตอร์คอมเรียกพนักงานให้เขาออกมากดลิฟต์ให้นะ เรายืนงงอยู่นานว่าจะทำยังไงดี เพราะทีแรกหาทางเข้าล้อบบี้ไม่เจอด้วย
