酒店不错，很安静、卫生、早上餐、晚餐也很好，地理位置更好，离市中心繁华地段很近，晚上出去散步很开心。

Struttura molto sporca .. con camere dove non funzionava neanche il frigo bar.. bagni orrendi con muffa sulle pareti e pezzi di parete che si staccavano.. pulizie aree comuni quasi inesistente … camerieri che a colazione non spostano neanche la tovaglietta tra un cliente e l altro passano al volo uno straccio giusto se si vede qualche briciola se no lo Lasciano così… unica nota positiva check in veloce

Seats round pool no cushions. Papercups for drinks even 3 star given plastic or glass. No ashtrays had to use paper cups . No bar at adult pool . Restaurant downstairs is way better than upstairs. Wouldn't stay again

Absolutely stunning hotel with delicious breakfast and beautiful swimming pools, not far from the town centre

Nous avions pay' pour une chambre sur piscine nous avons eu une chambre vue sur un mur ,avec le local des femmes de chambres adjacent a notre chambre avec le bruits des chariots qui commence a 7h30 avec le bavardage tres fort des femmes de chambres et le parking derrière reception sympa

The pool was very big, however it was incredibly cold. Food was very good. A good selection of choice for children and adults. Our room was not the best. The sofa bed was on its last legs. It completely v-ed in the middle. Ive never seen a sofa bed like it. There was also a fire extinguisher box positioned outside our room which was directly below a air con vent. It meant when our upstairs neighbour had their aircon on, we were kept awake by the constant loud dripping as the water fell from a height onto the plastic box. The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We would return but not to that particular room.

hotel says 4 star but it it not even 3 star. they dont even offer free water in rooms. We booked All inclusive package then how come water in the room is not part of the package. parking space limited.nobody understands english. Chef ; waiter all speak spainish. my mother tongue is punjabi but i speak english, every day same breakfast. no variety. We book all inclusive but we ate 4 nights from outside as it was same every day. no chicken. all they serve is egg, bacon, ham, fish, beef all bland. Bartender on the pool was so rude. no manners. complaint to the hotel as well but i guess nothing will happen.

The property is fine and we got a good price

Nice property clean but not much to do entertainment team did not do much all day and evening was non existent except for an hour was a shame as relatively a nice hotel Food was good too

So looks nice when enter and location is great. Once in room noticed needs touch up with paint and something to stop doors squeaking. Beds moved which was annoying. Food - breakfast is pretty much best, lunch and dinner had lots of recycled food and fatty pork and steak. Chips were half cooked at times. I survived on ham & cheese on toasted bread and pizza.

Hotel is brilliant very good for kids and family, bar service could be better at night time and the WiFi is terrible, none in the room only works in lobby.

Siamo arrivati alle 23 e ci hanno fatto trovare una busta con dei toast, frutta e acqua. La struttura è molto bella, il cibo abbondante e vario. Se vi piace girare però c’è da dire che La posizione è tanto lontana dalle spiagge belle dell’isola (dai 45 min di macchina in su) anche se a 4 km c’è Grand Playa di Corralejo e le dune. C’è comunque una piscina molto carina

Der Service war im allgemeinen Gut. Das Essen war oft kalt und viel Auswahl gab es nicht. Teller Besteck Gläser waren oft verschmutzt vom Vorgänger. Vögel die um das Restaurant oder auch darin flogen verdreckten die Stühle welche nicht gereinigt wurden. Von Zimmer in Block B absolut abzuraten. Durch Fenster und Türen die umlaufend einen Spalt haben hört man alles. Ob die Faro Bar um die Ecke bis nachts. Oder Nachts um 1 wenn die Gläser in den Container geworfen werden. Dazu kommt im Urlaub möchte man auch gerne ausschlafen. Jeden Tag 6-6:20 Uhr kommt die Müllabfuhr und lehrt 10 Minuten Container des Hotels welche direkt vor Block B stehen. Die Zimmer wurden vor einigen Jahren erst renoviert. Auf dem Balkon platzen die Fliesen auf. Sofa komplett durchgesessen. Betten spürt man jede Feder und im Bad Schimmel im ganzen Duschbereich

E' la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura e per noi è veramente confortevole. A due passi dal centro, con facilità di parcheggio, cibo vario e di buona qualità, camere molto spaziose, pulite, moderne e confortevoli. Gli spazi all'aperto sono per ogni esigenza. Dalla piscina con attività a quella per chi predilige uno spazio silenzioso. Personale sempre sorridente e disponibile. Sicuramente un'ottima scelta che consiglio a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Corralejo!
