非常棒的飯店，離火車站近，打開窗戶就可以看到馬特洪峰，而且當天入住時免費幫我們升級到高級家庭房，房間大且有按摩浴缸，同時離開時也有飯店專車送我們去車站，早餐也很棒。

Hotel has no air-conditioning and fan. It's hot in Zurich during my stay in mid June. Need to open window but without insect prevention net. Window has spider nets and when open the window, the spider net dropped on my head. So terrible. Overall experience is not comfortable. Only recommend the free buffet breakfast.

the best service I have in Switzerland. Can find Matterhorn at room.. The room is so big and clean. I can really relax here. Front desk help guests all the time, not only solve my problem, when I just went closed to table computer to check weather, also asking if I need help and provide all the information. Even when I left for couple hours and got back, front desk also are nice to ask and continue the issues and conversations. Also food was good there. I would come back this hotel when next visit!

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Luckily our room was upgraded to a junior suite! The room was large and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful! And the breakfast there was great too. The hotel was located near to the train station which just took a couple of minutes to walk. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much!! And I definitely will stay in the same hotel when I visit Zermatt next time.

Fantastic property !

Breakfast was great to begin my day. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are large and very clean. Very elegant looking restaurant lobby. Rooms are very spacious.

Excellent customer service and attention. My room was comfortable and clean. I had an incredible view of the mountains from my spacious balcony. The designer bath salts and lotions, and soft, fluffy robe were such a treat after an overnight hike and climb of Matterhorn. Breakfast was exceptional, and offered fresh fruit, and anything else you could imagine. A completely luxurious stay and I will certainly reserve here should ski season bring me back to Zermatt!

This hotel is amazing, staff is friendly and helpful. It is clean and total the quintessential Swiss experience.

Excellent small room with a decent

Hotel right on waterfront path (one of only a few hotels lakefront), walking distance to train station (<1km) and bus station nearby. Is about midway between 2 lake ferry pickups, nearby grocery, convenient, and restaurants. Safe and quiet when no festivals next door. Huge balconies with lounge chairs and table/chairs with lake view/sunset views, rooms large, found prpoerty very clean and all staff friendly/helpful. Will stay again.

Wellness sehr schön wirklich heisses Dampfbad. Badeanzug ja/nein war nicht klar daher etwas komische Begegnungen in Sauna…

Loved the property. Nice rooms (we stayed in the junior suite), the spa and pool was a must after a long day of skiing, and location was very walkable. The only slight knock was the dining area staff (front desk was great) did not seem as friendly. Might have been an age thing as I was likely one of the younger guest (in my late twenties) but I felt a noticeable difference between how my wife and I were treated and the other couples.
