The staff are really hospitable, they are always ready to assist. I hope they renovate soon.

The service is okay, the rooms were spacious enough and comfy, and the staff are all polite. I highly recommend them to renovate.

No lock in the room and the room was an executive suite. No hot water. No elevator. And it cost me around 6,500 pesos a night

Had a lovely time in Hotel St. Ellis. The pool was a bit too deep but we enjoyed it anyway. I woke up with a few ant bites on my legs and arm. The shower easily get too hot and doesn’t cool down easily.

It was a pleasant stay, just the restroom needs cleaning and the water heater did not worked well but everything well was okay

Comfort room, sleep, bed, bathroom. But there was no WiFi in the room. The lady receptionist told me that the hotel is currently repairing its internet service. But I have to commend April, she even asked the Housing/Maintenance/IT if they still have extra router to be installed at the floor where my room was. Sadly, no router. Meal, particularly breakfast. One of the not-good breakfast I had. Hoping that the hotel management would improve the options.

The hotel was good the location near at malls and it's very accessible. The room was very clean.

Highly recommended, free shuttle from airport to hotel and vice versa, the staff is very accommodating, the room is clean, wifi is good, restaurant is great, pool is good but its so cold. Will return again
