Lovely hotel and setting

Property landscaping is beautiful and well-maintained. Staff is very friendly. On-site restaurant is limited. Taxi service if not prearranged, may result in long waits.

Property is located in a very beautiful area of Urubamba with some amazing views of surrounding mountains. It is in a little bit remote area so not easy to get to any restaurants. There is a good restaurant on the property but their menu is very limited.

The gardens around this property make it such a lovely place to spend time. On clear nights you can really see the stars here, but it's still walkable into the heart of the town.

Muy confortable y sus habitaciones amplias, todo ok.

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed my stY but struggled with the price they charged for a bottle of water after the first night.

The bedding and the shower was great! Breakfast was ok...it was the same every day. The beds were not comfortable..very hard!

No está mal, le daría un gran plus que las habitaciones tengan wifi y que no llamen a las 8 am para recordar que el desayuno se levanta a las 9 de hecho es desicion de cada quien tomarlo.

No wifi in the room. Just in the lobby and a bad one. Very slow. They should work on that. The gardens are great

O hotel é lindo e o atendimento muito bom! Só tivemos dificuldade em chegar ao local. Pegamos dois taxis até conseguirem localizar, mesmo com o endereço em mãos.

Gostamos muito. Pessoal muito atensioso. E prestativos. Foi uma boa escolha.

Buen hotel, habitaciones confortables, bonitos jardines, la ubicación es un poco alejada del centro de urubamba, y hay que comer en el restaurant del hotel que es un poco caro. Buena atención en el restaurante, solo hay internet en el lovy.

Fabuloso, a mis dos hijos les agrado el espacio no solo de la habitacion, sino tambien del frontis de las habitaciones, mucha naturaleza, etc. estuvo perfecto los tres dias que permanecimos.
