We stayed during the X'mas period and it's quite full so maybe that's why we got bad rooms. Still we expect more from a 5-star hotel for problem solving.
Humidity was bad in our rooms and lots of water stain on the wall. My pictures may be too dark to see but it's actually quite large and bad on the wall. And it also gave a bad smell.
We asked for either a dehumidifier or another room, and it took a long time, and each staff asked us to go to another person for help...and they showed up with some lemongrass aromatherapy things.
I think it's an okay 3.5 star hotel, but we are disappointing given the fact it's marketing as 5-star.
