Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was nicely decorated and clean.

I have stayed at this property while traveling through every year since it opened but this time was terrible. Breakfast now costs 13 dollars. The pool was closed by the health department. The bathtub was rusty. The towels were dingy. Holes in the sheets. Should I continue? Needless to say I will never stay there again.

Nice Hotel

My stay was very comfortable. I appreciate that EV Charge stations are in the parking lot of this establishment.

I had to cut my stay short due to the condition of the property and several missing amenities. While most of the staff were kind and helpful, I did have an unpleasant experience with the older lady at the front desk.

I chose the wrong hotel with no refund. Not worth the price for the condition of this hotel. Old and outdated. I would not recommend. Front desk and breakfast staff excellent customer service.

It was raining the day of arrival. Window was not completely sealed and was leaking. We stepped out for dinner, came back and noticed curtains had dry water stains and the furnace completely wet, and a puddle on the window. Dried the furnace with a towel, and placed it on the window to try minimize the water dripping sound.

poor maintenance. for long time has this place run into the ground. Staff uses the carport for their own private parking. noisy at time from mechanical vibrations

Parking is a bit crowded but our stay was great!! Conveniently located and also like that it has a bar and restaurant.

We had 2 rooms, and they both smelled like mildew or something similar. There was also a loud vibrating/buzzing sound that kept me awake at night, probably the water heating system or something but it was bothersome nonetheless. Also had to wait 15 minutes at the front desk just to check in because there was literally nobody there, which should be the bare minimum. very unprofessional.

Es hat mir gut gefallen. Sauber und ruhig. Nicht direkt im Zentrum der Stadt, was ich aber auch wollte. Empfehlendswert 👍

Great hotel for an overnight stop

No hot coffee or water even though the container had cold coffee and area was not cleaned. No breakfast..but you could order it. The floor vibration from A/C. Must smell and stains on carpet. The elevator was not working some guy was fixing it…no uniform wearing shorts and his shirt was unbuttoned!! The parking lot had several pot holes, trash, and dead bird in parking lot.

Kids were looking forward to swimming, but the pool was closed. Wife needed to use the workout area, but it was hot and staff couldn’t access the temp controls. Also the treadmill was broke. When we woke up this morning, there was a huge wet spot from the a/c.
