The hotel is comfortable with reasonable amenities and comfort in room. Wifi doesnt work very properly and there was packaging leftover near the window (probably the cleaner forgot to pick in up). One point that may annoy hotel guest is the fact that you can hear the noise from shower from the room next to you. Despite of these, the overall experience is ok.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt für einen Ausflug zu den Eiswelten und der Burg. Das Zimmer war für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind ausreichend. Das Frühstück sehr standardmäßig. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut.

Personeel en eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk. Ontbijt was prima, zeker voor pension, wat op was werd meteen aangevuld.

Very good location for visiting the local attractions. Breakfast available for an extra charge. My room had a balcony with a nice view of the mountains.

It was a classic Austrian Gasthof/hotel, with a bar and restaurant downstairs. The food was excellent. Parking seemed tight, until we realized there was more along the street. The photo on Travelocity’s website doesn’t do it justice. It was very nice. Breakfast was €15, but generous.

Det var en enkelt overnatning så til vores behov var det ok. Der mangler dog aircondition på værelset men dog var der to vinduer på værelset et i soverummet og et på toilettet så det var super fint. 👌

Enjoyed my night at this quaint, family owned guesthouse. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean and comfortable bed with a gorgeous view! I had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. The service was also very good. The on-site parking was perfect. Werfen is a adorable town and everything is within walking distance, including the Sound of Music trail which was absolutely stunning!

Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter Eisriesenwelt et reprendre la route. Accueil pas très chaleureux de la part d’une des serveuses au restaurant mais bien compensé par celui d’une autre. Par contre, difficile de communiquer en anglais avec eux. Nous n’avons pas très bien dormi car les sirènes de la ville ont résonné à 1h du matin. Nous nous sommes inquiétés pour rien…

We stayed at the residence for only one night. Due to bad weather, we arrived quite late. But the staff was empathetic and supportive. They provided us with all information needed and ensured our stay was a pleasant one!
