Saubere Zimmer in individuellen Stil. Frühstück hervorragend

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel à Kehl avec un excellent petit déjeuner !! Literie de bonne facture ! A refaire !

Lyst og fint hotell med fin bakgård og trivelig frokostrom. Deilig frokost. Hotellet ligger i et område det ikke skjer så mye. Vi gikk 10 min til Rådhuset, og deretter 20 min med trikk til Strasbourg. Det var veldig enkelt og greit.

Faktisk hotel med mange fede detaljer og en super restaurant. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen

Insgesamt ganz gut. Einfallsreiches Design. Zimmer einfach aber gut. CheckIn am Abend unorganisiert. Restaurant voll belegt, nicht mal ein Abendessen für zwei Hotelgäste wurde ermöglicht. Beim Checkin wurde uns keine Reservierung für das das Restaurant am Folgeabend angeboten - traurig. Frühstückstbuffet insgesamt frisch und gut. Viel frisches Obst. Kaffeeangebot war eine Katastrophe. Ein Kaffeeautomat ist definitiv zu wenig. Hier hätte das Personal Filterkaffee anbieten sollen. Besser wäre es, wenn der Chef noch einen weiteren Automaten anschaffen würde.

My experience during this stay was disappointing. Upon entering the room, I found that the toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned, as there were noticeable remnants in the WC. Additionally, I didn’t receive the check-in code prior to my arrival, which caused unnecessary challenges and delays during the check-in process. To top it off, the TV in the room didn’t work, and I couldn’t turn it on despite multiple attempts.

Tolles Hotel einen Kilometer von der Innenstadt und der Tram nach Straßburg entfernt. Saubere Zimmer mit Stil. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Sejour dans chambre soit disant triple...le trosieme lit n’est autre qu’une table de massage transformee en lit, tres dur, inadapté pour 1 adulte. Qui plus est avec un surcout de 95 euros. Sinon l’hotel est propre. joliment decore et la receptionniste est sympathique. L’hotel est situé à 1 quart d’heure a pied de la station de tram et a 30 minutes en tram de Strasbourg

We had three issues with the hotel. First, it’s 900 yards from the nearest tram stop which is the only way to explore Strasbourg and the rest of Kehl. There was no mention of that in the material we reviewed prior to booking. Second, the size of the room. We booked a comfort double which was supposed to be 237 SF. There’s no way room 62 is that size. Third, their pricing is out of whack for a property with no proximity to notable sights. $18 for a run of the mill breakfast buffet. $18 for a gin and tonic. Really!

Nice hotel. Room was a bit small just a sliding door for the bathroom. We got a room towards the street and it was a bit noisy. Make sure to ask for a room towards the back
