This is a nice hotel a few blocks from the centre of Mendoza. The room was super nice but the walls are not sound proof at all. We were travelling with kids and had to listened to other rooms partying at 4am. And it wasn’t just partying, you could here people talking or snoring from the adjacent rooms.

Wonderful hotel! It is very well located, and the rooms are quite comfortable. I stayed in a two-queen bedroom that included a fridge and microwave. The room also had a safe, a very clean bathroom with a hairdryer, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap. A continental breakfast was included, featuring a wide variety of items such as pastries, different types of bread, butter, jams, coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, dairy meats, and scrambled eggs. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. There is a beautiful outdoor pool, although it was closed for the season. Additionally, you can pay an extra fee for access to an underground garage.

Great Hotel, but even better staff, extremely helpful and attentive

Highly recommend Mod Hotel for travellers. The team and service were amazing, even though we spoke English. They made regular effort and small details to provide a tailored experience, even moving a wine barrel table and wine gift into our room when they heard one of our tours was cancelled. Hotel was clean and very cost effective for the facilities and service levels.

Well located hotel with very friendly staff. Room was not in the best shape and the pool need some early cleaning.

Our room was comfortable and spacious and bathroom worked well. Check-in was good but we had a few issues with room access only being available through a phone app. Had no other communication with staff until we checked out 5 days later. Breakfast is ok but doesn’t vary very much and all self-service. Nice to have an outside space with a pool but sadly this area is rather neglected with food and drink remains being left for several hours and even overnight. We felt uneasy walking around this area after dark. Was a ten minute walk to the centre or newer part of the city.

O hotel é confortável, contudo o café-da-manhã deixou a desejar.....para um hotel chamado de 4 estrelas, ter apenas uma pessoa repondo os itens que faltavam, fez muita diferença, negativamente falando.... A máquina de tostar pão frequentemente quebrava....A variedade também não era vasta....

El Hotel es muy bueno. El desayuno excelente. Las habitaciones limpias, nuevas y muy cómodas. La ubicación está un poco alejada para el lugar de comercio y restaurantes lo que hace que no puedas salir caminando en la noche.

Hotel deixou muito a desejar. Café da manhã não é bom, tinha tomate mofado, rúcula murcha, café com gosto de cloro forte… café muito fraco pelo valor que o hotel cobra pela diária…

Hotel com instalações modernas e bem conservado. Quarto grande, camas Queen na opção de quarto duplo, bem localizado e próximo às avenidas e ruas comerciais. Bom café da manhã. Funcionários simpáticos e muito solícitos. Travesseiros um pouco alto, mas pode ser solicitado troca. Hotel possui adega com vários rótulos para aquisição. Não possui restaurante.
