The location is perfect but the bathroom was disappointing had a constant stench that meant you needed the windows opened all the time and the hot water in the shower wasn’t great- however saying that we got on with it as really just somewhere to put your head down

Hemos pasado unos días muy tranquilos, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y cumple su función.

Pulizia davvero scarsa. Consiglio di portare lenzuola e asciugamani da casa. Appartamento per 6 grande ma il bagno aveva problemi idraulici e perdeva acqua dai muri pure. Non è per niente isolato perciò si sentono tutti i rumori degli altri ospiti. I proprietari stanno nella ferramenta adiacente alla struttura, quindi sono presenti solo nelle ore diurne e non ti lasciano un recapito di sicurezza.

I felt that the property was perfect for our 5 day stay in Ibiza. It was close to the supermarkets, ticket shops, food places, and walking distance to cafe mambo/del mar. The only negative thing I would say is that the night guard didn’t speak any English which made communication difficult when needing help with something. However overall a very positive experience! I also feel the photos advertised undersell the apartment, as we were expecting 5 beds in one room, so were pleasantly surprised when we had a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 beds in each room.

Sirve para lo que sirve. Ducharse, dormir, y salir de allí. No esperes más historias, lujos ni similares. Estratégicamente está cerca de la estación de autobuses, para moverte por la isla. Esa es su función.

Consiglio la struttura a chi vuole passare qualche giorno nel cuore di Sant'Antonio con amiche o compagno/a, adatta per chi vuole raggiungere i paesi/spiagge limitrofi, la stazione si trova a due passi dall'appartamento. Non è nello standard italiano la struttura però per pochi giorni va benissimo. Un punto a favore per il personale che è stato sempre reperibile, gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono antiquate ma pulite, il bagno comprende anche il bidè, abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'acqua per lavarci. Buono come prezzo ripeto per pochi giorni. Nei dintorni bancomat, market pub e bar.

It was pretty amazing to have stayed in a good “not so hospital looking” hotel apartment right behind the bar district of San Antonio. What I needed was all there. It was a good stay. A good spacious bath-tub equipped bathroom as well as the relatively big open-kitchen were great, too.

Situado en pleno epicentro del desmadre inglés. No hay ni detergente para limpiar los platos ni gel ni champú para ducharse. Por la noche oirás todo el ajetreo de los borrachos hasta las 6 de la mañana. En la cama sientes todos los muelles en tu espalda.

The hotel is what you pay for, it's basic but gas everything you need and is clean enough. The air con and use of a fridge and safe was included in the room price which was a bonus. The air con was very efficient. There's also a microwave and cutlery in the rooms. No toiletries at all (not even hand soap for the sink) are provided. The apartments have a lift which is big enough to fit a couple of people plus luggage. We arrived late at night and there were no staff at reception. A sign in the wall indicated a number to call for new arrivals, however there was no area code. I had to search online for the area code. During the day you can collect your keys from the hardware shop next door. It would have been nice if this information had been communicated prior to arrival. The last thing you want to do after a day of travelling, is to hung around for information on hos to check in. The location is very good, 5 mins walk from the west end. There's a couple of local supermarkets nearby for water and snacks. We asked for a late check out and the staff were very accommodating. They allowed us to check out at 8pm for no additional charge. This was great for us as it meant we could spend a day at the beach and then have a shower before heading to the airport. Overall, we had a great stay here and would return.

Отель в центра города – пешком ко всему (автостанция, лидл маркет, набережная, вест энд, кафе дельмар и оба пляжа – но это не пляжный отель). Небольшие магазины, банк, бар через дорогу. Улица слышна довольно сильно, не для тихого отдыха. Есть кухня с утварью, полотенца. Полотенца и постель меняли раз в пару тройку дней. Кондиционер и ТВ работали. Интернет – WIFI- бесплатно, но есть только в зоне ресепшен, но там нет даже стула, что бы сесть. Особенность заселения: днем на ресепшен никого, входная дверь на ключ закрыта, и только по телефону можно узнать, где забрать свой ключ. Ключ только один – не важно сколько жильцов в номере. Рекомендую подготовить роуминг, и без телефона не выходить.
