Great location. Walking to the beach across the street is a plus. Quiet environment. Jim is nice and very helpful. He patiently answers all questions.

Perto da praia e da rodoviária. Não há restaurante por perto, mas um café. Cama confortável e bom chuveiro. O quarto não tinha calefação, o coberto elétrico ajudou bastante.

Great location, conveniently close to the centre of Gisborne within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with a sufficient kitchenette and supplies. Would definitely stay again!

I liked the cosy cabin style rooms.

Arrived on good friday and stayed for two nights. Checkin was quick, efficient and friendly. The room was perfectly fine and comfortable. The cleani g staff were amazingly friendly and efficient. There is aslo a cafe, restaurant on site that serves up very nice meals, from breakfast to dinner. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to gisborne

Convenient though bed really hard. Please purchase a mattress topper. The toilet sistern buttons had actual holes on top which could have cut someone. The shower tray nearly overflowed during use. We won't go again.

The room was airless unless you had the door open, it smelt a bit stale. Had a dish cloth and a teal towel but no sink apart from the small bathroom basin. Hard to wash dishes without any dishwash liquid so I wondered how clean things actually were

Logging trucks started ging past at 3.15am didn't sleep after that

Next to the beach. Walk to town. Safe feeling at night. Trains nearby a bit noisy at night.
