飯店泳池與週邊植栽非常好！服務人員無時無刻都有溫暖的笑容、也是一級棒的貼心！！因為距離夜市跟古城有一小段距離、若能提供腳踏車或摩托車 就太感謝了～ 早餐水果很多、咖啡很棒、鬆餅也很好吃！！現點的食物選項多的吃不完！！ 我們還獲得蜜月蛋糕、真的是在泰國20天旅遊中、最棒最棒的飯店！！有機會再到清邁一定會想再次入住的。

The Cost-Performance ratio is low. The room was small that I didn't know where to put my baggage. They offer hair dryer and bottled water. But they "DO NOT" offer toothbrush and toothpaste which I think these are the important equipment that the hotel should have. The staff said that I need to live a more expensive room so I can get toothbrush and toothpaste for free. Because the location is outside the old town, the traffic is not convenient. The hotel "DO NOT" have any bikes to hire! But the hotel has regular shuttle provides transportation to the Tha Phae Gate and the Night Bazaar. The staff are excellent and friendly, especially the waitress, Ms Nina !!!, really nice. In the end. I had a free ride to the Chiang Mai airport! Thank you!

女兒住的房間多蚊，房間水温難調較及控制，酒店員工熱情有礼，環境舒適。

位置適宜, 沒有古城內的烦嚣，交通亦算方便, 房間基本齊備, 各工作人員服務很好,主動性很強 ,太太很喜歡, 還會再去!

價格合理，除了清潔一般，蚊蟲較多，位置較偏，整體上是不錯的，性價比算是好的。

飯店布置得很棒,感覺很舒服,只可惜一般房沒有浴缸,而且蓮蓬頭的熱水會忽冷忽熱,是最大的敗筆

The hotel little bit far from old city. Room is small but the bed is comfort.

我們在這家飯店住了兩晚，飯店提供接機服務，非常舒服的環境，早餐也很豐盛，很適合怕吵想放鬆的旅人。晚上也有免費的tuktuk到清邁夜市，非常推薦。

The room was really nice and spacious. WiFi worked great. The hotel was close enough to walk to the night market even a lot of the temples.

Would stay again on my next visit to Chiang Mai

Great location, close enough and far enough from the main tourist area. Staff extremely helpful and nice. Felt safe here and was quiet!

First, the staff was amazing. We liked the uniqueness to the space overall , however, our room lacked natural light. Breakfast was nice and we regret not trying the restaurant for lunch or dinner. The hotel is a little outside the main touristy area, but not far. We would walk to the old city and it took 10-15 minutes. We ate at a couple of small ‘restaurants’ nearby and they were some of the best food we had in Thailand for very cheap.

The people that work there, the amenities in the room, the excellent breakfast each morning, and the transfer to and from the airport—including the free TukTuk to the Bazaar and the gate, all done in perfection!

All good until the staff tried the dirty sheets scam on us after we’d returned from a day out.....we now know this is a popular scam in Thailand. We didn’t fall for it but it spoiled our trip a little bit they lost out as we would have left a tip!!

The staff and hotell was excellent but the place was just not for us. Me and my wife are restless and like to go out and meet people. The area and hotell was to calm for us perfect for most people but not for us which is our problem not the hotels fault. The staff was perfect.

We had a very comfortable stay here during our visit to Chiang Mai. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't super walkable to Old City (due to distance combined with the heat), but getting a Tuk Tuk was easy. The free breakfast was excellent!
