Falta que la propiedad tenga algun servicio de sombrillas o sillas en la playa donde los huéspedes puedan disfrutar de la cercanía que tiene esta en el hotel

Muy lento el servicio de recepción y en una ocasión media hora esperando a a que saliera alguien a atendernos y nunca salieron tuvimos que dejar las llaves sobre el teclado de la computadora

Mucho que mejorar en el desayuno

Room 209 was a terrible experience. The shower leaks, and water actually started seeping up through the floor. To make matters worse, we found a poodle in the room when we arrived. We informed the front desk, and a manager came to inspect the water, asking if we had spilled anything ourselves, clearly not the case. The room was dirty, smelled of mold, and the furniture was falling apart. They also overcharged my credit card $167 instead of the $107 I had paid through Expedia. Although they did issue a refund after I pointed it out, it felt dishonest and makes me wonder how often this happens. If you’re paying at the hotel, double-check your charges. I can’t recommend this place, and I truly don’t understand how it qualifies as a 3-star hotel.

This property was a quick fix for another property. We were supposed to stay at that had safety and health concerns. It was OK.

Varios lugares del hotel estaban sucios, los muebles y el inmobiliario dañados

La atención del front desliz, muy mala a la recepcionista de verdad no le gusta su trabajo y lo expresa, edades de que las instalaciones en general sucias, las toallas de la alberca apestaban a no lavado, solo las secaban sin lavarlas.
