Location is good. Close to the Haneda Airport limo bus locations. The staff was also really helpful in assisting with liaising with local businesses when we needed help.

There were random, stray hairs on the wall, door and bathtub when we checked in. Hotel is quite dated. Location is not bad though.

Room smaller than similar size or dimension room in other hotels I have stayed. Service not as good. Only certain staff (night shift) good during our stay mid Jun 24. Tbough the hotel is old, room relatively clean, location is also good. Don't understand why the toilet in the room need to be on raised floor, quite high about 10-20 cm. Can be a concern of falling or tripping, especially when using toilet at night if not careful or alert.

Other than location and cleanliness which more or less met expectations, the rest fell below mark. The service standard was mixed. The evening shift young lady receptionist was excellent with her young man partner. She was helpful and smiley, very refreshing to see her after a day of outing when returning back to hotel. Rejuvenate you to go for another round of shopping or outing. The 2-3 young male receptionists were with sulking faces when we first arrived 18 Jun 24 4-5pm. They were not helpful seeing us a little drenched as it was raining that pm. So it was a bad start for the experience of the stay. Next is the room was smaller than expected. We stayed at Daiwa Roynet Ikebukuro the last trip of similar size but this room was much smaller, no place for luggage. Also no bedside table which was unusual. So we used a chair as bedside table. The most classic was no wardrobe for hanging clothes though there were hangers provided. The photo showed how we hung our clothes. Hanger on hanger. Our heart just sank lower and lower. This hotel was the final leg of our trip thinking it would be the best after reading all the good reviews. But it was a disappointing stay. It was not until when we came down to the lobby that our spirit was lifted by the earlier mentioned night shift young lady receptionist with her bright smile and pleasant greeting. Can feel that she was happy in taking care of and serving the guests. She saved our day, and the day for the hotel. She must be one of the key reasons for the high ratings for this hotel. I can't help but want to write something good about her.

Rooms are pretty spacious for the location. Lawson is on the first floor in the next building. There was very loud noise from road construction near the hotel when we stayed.

Good location just 5-10 mins walk from train station and bus terminal. Comfortable for short stay. Staffs are helpful. I had an earlier date booking for twin room and change to single room the next day was swift and easy. Thanks Kadoya team!

Kamarnya luas, satu minggu di Jepang, 3x ganti hotel. Hanya hotel ini yang kamarnya luas pas banget untuk saya yang bawa anak-anak jadi leluasa di dalam kabar. Dekat dengan station shinjuku, di samping hotel persis ada lawson dan disebrang jalan banyak toko perbelanjaan untuk beli oleh oleh. Saya pasti akan menginap disini lagi dan akan rekomendasikan ke keluarga dan sahabat.

Place near to shops and foods. 10 walk to train and bus station. Big bed. Rather old fashion but okay.

ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ JR shinjuku เดินนิดเดียว หน้ารร.มี lawson ข้ามถนนเข้าไปในซอยมีร้านอาหารเยอะแยะ ไม่แพง สามารถฝากกระเป๋าไว้แล้วออกไปเที่ยวได้ กลับมายกกระเป๋าขึ้นห้องไว้ให้เรียบร้อย

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan entrance stasiun Shinjuku gate 15. Tapi saat hujan, kita akan kebasahan karena akses dari exit ke hotel tidak ada tempat berteduh. Naik taxi hanya sekitar 600-800 Yen. Urusan makanan halal tinggal melipir ke Lawson di sebelah, namun hanya ada onigiri, proses check-in lancar. Ada 2 lift kecil yang lumayan mendukung pergerakan tamu hotel. Kamarnya sesuai jumlah yang check-in. 1 kamar untuk 1 orang, benar-benar pas untuk tidur 1 orang dan 1 bagasi. Amenitiesnya lebih lengkap daripada Keio Plaza, hotel bintang 5 di sebelahnya. Toilet dan kamar bersih. Sangat nyaman tinggal di sini.

A very good location, quite near to shinjuku station, many restaurants and shopping centers nearby, room size is pretty good when compare to other hotels in this area
