I didn't stay for my trip.
I booked the room but my plans changed.
I have been unable to get my refund from them.
I can not even get them to respond to formal emails.
They are not responding to Hotels.com.
The one time i was able to get them on the phone, the thick accented man was extremely rude and even hung up on when i continued to ask him questions.
Look it's in the hood, cheap, and directly off the interstate. I had very low expectations, so, i get what i get.
The Hotels.com people were very nice and professional.
