Very comfortable and modern, spacious room, nice bathroom. Air-con but no fridge in room which would have been useful. Great view. Helpful and efficient reception staff, responsive to emails when we were running late for check-in. Great suggestions for nearby restaurants and coffee. Convenient for all the Old Town sights. Bus stop right outside the hotel to the Doku Zentrum.

The hotel rooms are so well designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Soundproofed, blackout curtains, air con etc In a perfect central location and very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean too. Loved it

Paid a good amount for the room there was no kettle, tea or coffee. Upon requested they said I’d need to upgrade in order to get that. They had maintainance work scheduled one morning so there was no water for 3 hours, basically couldn’t even flush. No prior email was sent about this or no compensation provided either. The hotel also gave the roof as a room so half the room was basically unusable, kept banging my head on the low roof walls. I guess I just needed to ‘upgrade’ and pay more than the already premium price.

This hotel has the perfect location. It's in the center of old town which makes it very convenient to walk everywhere. The room was well appointed; though, I'm not sure I understand the strange bathroom window to the bedroom. It felt a bit creepy. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were purgatorial. I would recommend this hotel, but I don't recommend the breakfast. For the price, I would expect eggs to be made to order. I did not like paying that much for watery eggs in a steam tray. As an American, I am unused to cold cuts and cheese for breakfast. So, with the eggs being poor, I chose to eat my breakfast elsewhere. There are a lot of better options nearby.

We had a suite overlooking the square which was fantastic.

The view of the main market square was beautiful. Convenient location. Comfortable beds. There was a clunking noise in the morning. Probably the maid supply closet.

place was nice, very new, spacious very clean, central location. I wish they had a coffee maker or kettle in the room, but other wise everything was great, would recommend this to others as the location was ideal. Nurnberg is a fun town to visit

Greeted pleasantly and immediately upon arrival. Receptionist efficient and helpful. All staff pleasant. Staff even helped with a rental car issue. Highly recommend. Location perfect for old town.

I cannot rate this hotel high enough. Location is excellent on the city square. Rooms spacious clean and comfortable. Staff AMAZING!!! We had a problem with our hire car and the staff spent time helping us and calling rental company on our behalf. That saved us lots of time and effort by helping us translate and try looking after us. They went above and beyond. Will defo turkey stay here if I return.

This hotel was smack dab in the middle of everything. Just a quick walk up hill to the nuremberg castle, the old town square and market.

Good location

The hotel was perfect. It was not only perhaps the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in for quite a while but it also matched the style and feel to the city perfect. Will not just stay here again but every time when visiting Nuremberg.
