Clean room, with ocean view

Schönes Hotel in erster Reihe am venezianischen Hafen. Wir haben den Meerblick vom Zimmer, die Herzlichkeit des Personals und das reichhaltige Frühstück mit Meerblick sehr genossen.

Nos ha gustado mucho la habitación desde que abren la puerta para enseñartela verás algo que te llama la atención, ducha amplia, dormitorio con mucho estilo, la zona es muy buena y el desayuno prácticamente es comida de calidad y todo lo que quieras, calidad precio poco más se puede pedir.

The hotel is easily accesible to all the key sights in Rethymno town and has very friendly and helpful staff who are happy to ensure you have the best stay possible. My late check-in was seamless and the room was beautifully arranged in addition to being very comfortable. Breakfast is one of the best I've had on holiday - a wide selection and generous portions helped to set each day up for explorong the town and its surroundings.

The hotel has a restaurant and they serve breakfast ko and it was so delicious. It’s so close to shopping and walkable to attractions. The receptionist and the waitress were very friendly. I definitely going back.

The staff was very helpful. The room was well maintained and unique. The breakfast included was excellent, on a beautiful patio looking out to the sea.

Juste convenable. La chambre doit être en permanence éclairée car très sombre. Elle est spacieuse avec une belle boiserie. Les serviettes de toilettes étaient elimees et les joints de la baignoire sont noirs de moisissures et doivent être changés. On a même trouvé des restes d'ongles coupés ds les toilettes derrière la porte.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, clean room, nice people, great breakfast.

L'hôtel est dans un magnifique bâtiment historique en plein centre-ville, face à la mer, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Toutefois le petit-déjeuner est servi tard, à partir de 8h30, c'est gênant quand on prévoit des visites guidées dans la journée. Par ailleurs, la taxe de séjour de 10€ par chambre et par nuit, c'était une mauvaise surprise. Le site Hotels.com ne m'avez pas prévenu de ces frais supplémentaires.

We stayed at Civitas for 9 days and it was a wonderful experience . The location in Old Town Was the Best! We can’t say enough about the Staff, they were all so welcoming and helpful we really felt at home here . Our breakfast was amazing lovely area to enjoy the morning as well beautiful view of the harbour . If you don’t like stairs than I would recommend one of the apartments that are all on one level . Very beautiful and spacious . We will recommend this unique hotel to any friends we know that are coming to Beautiful Rhythmno ❤️😊

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer über 2 Etagen, Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand und den Leuchtturm, eine megafreundliche Rezeptionistin, tollen Service im Zimmer und die Altstadt mit schönen Geschäften und guten Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Super!

Very nice boutique hotel

Unglaublich guten Hotel. Sehr besonderes Boutique Eingerichtet. Sehr nettes Personal. Perfekte Lage- in der Mitte von der Altstadt. Ich behaupte nur, im Sommer wird einbischen lauter. Von unserer Seite- klare Empfehlung!

Its was a beautiful little spot.

When I stayed there in the end of Jan.2025 the indoor temperature in the hotelroom was only 18-19 degrees Celsius. Like most people I am used to about 21 deg. C, so it was not warm at all indoors. Two receptionists tried on two different days to adjust the AC to warm up the room, with no luck. The AC was new but the air that it blew out into the room had the same temperature as the air in the room. Other than that the receptionists helped me find out that Avast AntiVirus made it impossible to get the wi-fi working, and when I removed it from the laptop it worked very well. Cleaning was very good, seaview was good, but they did not serve breakfast at this time of the year. Which sent me out wandering up and down the seaside promenade to find a place that served something somewhat similar to breakfast. Good location but the restaurant/bar/cafe area outside the hotel was noisy in the evenings. With closed window the noise was kept out.

Beautiful comfortable historic property. Wonderfully renovated old building on the sea front. Huge suite with balcony. Large roof patio to sunbathe on. Excellent value for money.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. A warm welcome and shown to a stunning suite, with a balcony with a sea view The bed was so comfy & the towels were soft & fluffy. The rooms were sparkling clean It is located very close to everything. The Fortress, Lighthouse, Beach, harbour and old town are moments away , on foot The breakfast was delicious with so much choice. You eat it on the terrace on front of the hotel, overlooking the sea. A wonderful stay in a beautiful resort. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Fabulous service & staff.
