Really handy forvthe airport. The bus atrive times for the bus stop outside is a very good feature.

Very convenient to get to the Luton airport early in the morning.

I always stay at this hotel when travelling from the Luton Airport. Its very convenient and close to the airport. I often just walked to the airport - its not far at all. Hotel staff are really nice and friendly and try to help as much as they can which I really appreciate it.

Easy for travelling to the airport

needs to be refurbed - rooms are smelling , carpets are done, AC are not allways in good condition, elevator needs service . only the gym was clean and overall ok. the staff at the breakfast is realy friendly and serves all you wiches. the staff on the reception , time to time trainie or new, are not realy motivated or knows that the guest is the king.

Lady called Anna during breakfast was very welcoming and helpful. She went out her way to make us feel comfortable.

Quick and easy check in. Gave my daughter a kitkat which went down a treat!! Rooms aren’t huge, but did the job for 1 night before an early flight. Staff in the restaurant were really friendly. Good quality food that didn’t cost the earth. Kids eat free which is great. They have a cupboard with games and puzzles which is a nice touch. Check out was easy even at 4:30 am. A guy asked us if we wanted a hot drink to take with us which was a nice touch. Would use the hotel again for sure.

Someone was given access to my room by wrong key card. A little disturbing when it was 10.30 pm

Good and convenient for Luton. Unfortunately air con had broken down but we got given a fan, bottles of water and drinks at the bar.

Great place to stay for night before flying, bed was super comfortable, easy check in and restaurant on site. Easy transfer to airport very early - would recommend if you’ve got a flight out of Luton.

It’s nice comfortable clean room near the airport. For convenience after a long flight but not for long stay

My son and I had missed our flight and had to book a room for a flight the next day. This hotel is within walking distance to the airport. What I loved most about this hotel was the extremely kind and professional staff. They made what was a not great situation into something that both my son and I enjoyed. If we are ever in Luton again, this is where we will stay! They have a great restaurant and bar there and have an early breakfast starting at 3:30am for guests leaving for an early flight.

Superb checkin staff, very friendly and warm welcome. Elsa in the restaurant was also excellent.

Easy check in, spacious room, walkable to terminal.
