Location in the city center. Can run up to 24 hours. Friendly staff. Good service (5 se stars). This is my second experience staying here. If I go to Macau again, I will stay at this hotel again.

Saya mendapat kamar dengan view menara eifell 😍 dan petugasnya semua baik hanya saja pas mau check in antrinya lumayan panjang karena petugasnya pas malam hanya 3 counter yang dibuka 😁.

Nice hotel, big room, big bed, hot bath tub, hot water, nice view. Five star highly recommended hotel. Great location, near Venetian, Londoner, and Parisian. The strips of Macau, just like strips in Vegas. Malls just downstairs, restaurants and shops everywhere. A perfect place to stay. Definitely will come back.

Check in time is terrible. Check in service takes so long. To serve 1 guest alone, it can take up to 15-30 minutes. Plus: Good Hotel Location. Combined into 1 with Mall & Casino. Connected to Venetian & Parisian. The rooms are nice, spacious & clean.

This hotel is Perfect for short stay or long stay. The hotel is comfortable. The downstair have a shopping mall.

I waited for check-in from 14.30 to 19.00 at night and then I entered the room, so many people were checking in at this hotel.

Pelayanan hotelnya bagus. Saya mendapatkan kue ulang tahun dan mendapatkan tambahan extrabed dan extra handuk tanpa biaya tambahan. Ketika petugas hotel mengetahui kami sekamar ber 4. Akan tetapi saya tidak tahu salahnya dimana, saya memesan kamar untuk 4 orang termasuk sarapannya juga, akan tetapi hanya mendapatkan kamar untuk berdua dan sarapannya pun hanya untuk 2 orang, padahal semestinya 4 orang sesuai bukti dari aplikasi. Bukti dari aplikasi sudah saya tunjukan ke petugas hotel. Akhirnya kami harus bayar sarapan lagi buat 2 orang yang harganya setelah pajak menjadi 546 RMB yang setara dengan satu jutaan rupiah. Saya kecewa ternyata bukti di aplikasi tidak sama dengan kenyataan di hotel. Padahal selama ini aplikasi tidak pernah mengecewakan saya. Baru kali ini. Semoga saya mendapatkan penjelasan. Untuk yang memesan hotel, harap dibaca syarat dan kondisi yang berlaku.

Awesome design, good service, kind people

Excellent stay! Staff is friendly and kind. Room is spacious, bed is comfy. Had a really great stay here in Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel! I was late for breakfast, but still manage to try a few items out of the menu. Taste good though =)
