Everything is perfect inside the hotel with breakfast provided, room is clean and the staff is super nice. However, there is no elevator and we are living on the 3rd floor so we need to carry our luggage for 3 floors and it’s super tired. But overall it is nice with a cute balcony

Great location, not far from S. Marco and not hard to find. The room is clean and cozy, as well as the bathroom.

Hotel's front desk receptionist was amazing, welcomed us with a beautiful smile, also explained the policy very well. He even helped us to carry our luggage to the room. We booked 2 single room, 1 double room, all rooms that we requested was better than we expected, clean, comfortable and average size. Definitely will come back to visit next time

It is located in a hidden street which are normal in Venezia. It is close to the water transportation and the Ponte Vecchio. The restaurant is great with abundant food, you will enjoy it

The staff at the reception and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great and close to Termini and Tiburtina stations, food, shopping and archaeological sites. Overall very pleased with our stay.

The hotel was good but not elevator, and I have back problems, going up, going down with my luggage very disappointed

I stayed in the single room and it is wonderfully Venetian! Small, but perfectly formed. It was comfortable, with good storage space. Please note that the room is very dark; there is a window, however there is a shutter from another window obscuring half of it, so there is little to no daylight. The pillows weren’t great and could do with being replaced. The room was clean, fabulously decorated and good value. There isn’t a lift, and a big staircase, so be prepared if you have mobility issues. The location is fantastic, literally 3 minutes walk from main attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Perfect location - close to Rialto bridge and Saint Mark’s Square. Not a lot of options for breakfast, but what they did have tasted good. As a solo traveler, I had a very small single room with a bathroom outside my room; however my small room had charm.

Fantastic location with plenty to explore nearby! The staff was super friendly and shared great tips that made our stay even better.

Nice little hotel, really helpful, lovely staff. Good breakfast. Room a little small for a superior room but had a nice canal view and had everything we needed. Very nice quiet area. No lift so not good if you have heavy luggage to carry up to the second or third floor but we would return

Cute little hotel. It’s down a dark street… But I soon learned that is most of Venice. Front desk people were friendly. Room is small but has a large balcony. No lights on the balcony so it’s pretty dark at night. Comes with large towels and toiletries for the bathroom. Shower is tiny, so if you are need extra room this is not for you. I could not get the safe to work and it looked like someone had tried to pull it out previously. Our room was on the 3rd floor, so there’s lots of steps and you’re in charge of your own bags. No elevators. It was a nice stay and reasonably priced. Close to the waterbus and St. Marks.

El hotel está muy bien teniendo en cuenta precio/calidad. Conserva la esencia histórica de la ciudad y a mí, personalmente me parece súper importante. Me hospedé en una habitación individual con baño propio aunque no estaba dentro de la habitación y tenía que ir al otro lado del pasillo. Pero no me importaba porque básicamente, es lo que decidí reservar yo. El colchón no era muy duro, pero al final es una preferencia personal mía. La localización del hotel era perfecta; súper centrico a los puntos más turísticos y al gran canal pero en una plaza/callejuela muy tranquila. El personal del hotel de recepción era muy amable y atento a todas las dudas. Destaco también la buena oferta del desayuno; lo bueno que estaba y las diferentes opciones de desayuno, dulce y salado, yogures, etc. Las personas que trabajaban en cocina y sirviendo el café/limpiando también eran muy agradables. El café bueníssimo. Personal de limpieza también dejaban la habitación impoluta y muy profesionales. En resumen, se trata de un hotel aparentemente sencillo y pequeño pero el trato muy cercano y atento. Si vuelvo a Venecia, será mi primera opción, sin duda. Gracias a todo el Servicio por el buen trato,es duro trabajar en temporada de afluencias altas en estas ciudades de turismo masificado!

Lovely character property right in the heart of Venice. Literally 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, St Mark's Square and the transport links. Fantastic breakfast provided, and very helpful and friendly staff.
